I’m giving five stars because six aren’t available. Mr. Sloan was able to get us on the calendar quickly to replace all the pipes in our house, and he met his schedule, no changes. He provided a great walkthrough, showing us all the areas he’d work on so we could plan our furniture move, and was a very reasonable price. During the project, he kept us informed, met his schedule, and even repaired some sprinklers he found that had issues. When we walked through after completion, the house was so clean you couldn’t tell he and his team were even there. Hats off to such great work and quality person. In my 20 years of working with contractors, this experience surpassed them all.

I asked my neighbors for a good plumber and everyone was telling me Sloan Plumbing. They were not kidding! I had Mr. Leeman and Mark come and check out a leak from upstairs. They were professional, genuine and awesome with customer service. Montgomery is not known to have good service these days, but thankful to have found this locally owned gem. Where to start!? We haven’t been able to use our tub since moving into a new house due to an aging water heater. Sloan Plumbing was able to get our water heater replacement done quickly and efficiently. The owner, Bud, was very involved from start to finish of the process - call me old fashioned but it adds such a personal touch to.a service to see an owner working his own jobs these days. Not only did Bud review and price the job himself, he also led his crew in completing the replacement as well as QCing the work rendered. The whole crew was courteous and professional. I was also impressed with the online billing and appointment system. My estimate link was sent via text for approval. Once my estimate was approved, my appointment was scheduled promptly. I was reminded via text ab the appointment date and time as well.. Bud was nice enough to let us know about a rebate available through the gas company and made sure we had all the information to take advantage of this program before he left. We will definitely be using Sloan Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

We had to call Sloan Plumbing & Heating twice this month. One to stop a leak in our sprinkler system that was running up our water bill. Two weeks later we had a cracked valve in our shower. This team showed up the same day I called and gave us options in best practices for fixing this issue. They were able to fix the valve quickly and there is no longer leaking in our bathroom. The price was fair for the parts and service and Sloan Plumbing is the only place I call when I have plumbing and heating issues. Thank you for taking such good care of my home!

Your service people are great. They were prompt to come to our home and performed the job professionally and respectfully.
The only problem I have with this service is we paid for the visit before the left and the gentleman said I would receive a receipt and invoice in my email and that hasn't happened. I did call the office and had to leave a message.

I discovered a water leak at my meter on Jan. 28, 2025. Sloan Plumbing came out promptly to assess the leak. They found the fault and repaired it. Several days later, I needed the details of the repair. They sent the details by email within 24 hours. I use them for heating and AC work. I had them replace my hot water tank a few months ago. You can count on Sloan Plumbing.
