Unprofessional plumbing service, Their receptionist has a terrible attitude and has no knowledge of the business and should not be working the front office they give you the runaround and are not professional at all. We have called multiple times, They came out once could not clear the pipe and it has been weeks without an update.

Absolutely terrible experience with Scanlon Plumbing Company. I called them out for what I believed was a major leak, and instead of actually helping, they immediately pushed the problem off, saying it would require “many steps” and suggesting I involve my insurance and another water damage company.

I did exactly what they told me to do—brought in my insurance and another company to assess the situation. After that? Complete silence. No follow-up, no communication, no attempt to do any actual work.

The only time they reached out again was to demand a $125 service fee.

So let me get this straight: you come out, offer no real solution, pass the responsibility onto someone else, disappear, and then expect to get paid? Completely unprofessional.

If you’re looking for a company that actually does the job and communicates with its customers, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere

They have put in a tub for me and replaced my main water line that was cracked. Both jobs were great. The people are all friendly. They cleaned up well as if nobody was there. I wont call anybody else from here on out.

So pleased with this company! Replaced two bathroom sinks and fixed leak under kitchen sink! Before doing the work, they did come to my house to give me a quote! I liked that! This company is my go to for all my plumbing needs!

DO NOT HIRE!!! Very unprofessional company. They came out to my house twice. Neither of the guys ever got under my house to actually even look at the plumbing, but I sure got a bill for each trip. The closest they got was the crawlspace door. These people are con-artist. Do NOT hire them!

Tammy the receptionist was very professional. Scheduling was easy and the plumbers were phenomenal. I would use them again. Job took half the time I was quoted and half the price of the original quote. Affordable, timely, & NO MESS!!! I woud definitely recommend!

After calling no less than eight plumbers Scandlon was the only one who responded to our emergency plight! Their servicemen were so nice and understanding and even gave us some helpful tips to prevent recurrence of the problem. I would absolutely call these folks again! I give em ten stars but Google only allows five.

The work they did two +/- years ago was great. When I called recently to get an estimate on replacing my sewer line they want to charge for a service call. I already have one estimate and video. I have all the dimensions and stats so there is no need to dig up theyard or even come by in person to do a rough estimate. Scanlon made it clear they're not interested unless they're being paid, to give an estimate.

After receiving poor customer service from one of the"name brand" plumbing companies we called to come fix our home when our hot water heater began acting up, we called Scanlon, whom we have used for smaller plumbing jobs in the past and have always been satisfied with their customer service, responsiveness and pricing. This situation was no different. Mike came out first thing the next morning and took the time to check out our hot water heater to make sure the only option was to replace it. When it was determined that replacement was the best course, he spent time talking to us about our options and then worked quickly to get a new system installed ASAP. His crew were all courteous and helpful and Mike even coordinated an electrician needed for the job and included that cost in his bid. Mike and his crew took great care to clean up everything after they left and made sure we understood our new system. And his price was $700 less than the quote I received from the other large plumbing company! I would recommend Mike and his team any time for ALL of your plumbing needs.

Mike & his team replaced two tank heaters with a single tankless heater. Prior to the work, he answered several questions quickly & well. It was installed within a week of accepting his proposal. After the install we had a small drip on one of the lines. They responded the next day & fixed it well. Very good customer service.

Mike was very helpful troubleshooting the issue I was having with my tankless water heater. The P/C board that was replaced arrived at Scanlon Plumbing quickly, and was installed and verified working in short order. I was treated fairly both in price and installation.
