I had problems with my Rheem Unit which was only 6 years old since day one of installation. I basically bought a lemon. Edwards had been doing the repairs on the unit but it just wasn’t holding up. So I finally decided enough was enough. I asked the manager I think his name was terry very nice and he gave me his honest opinion and quotes. So I went with a new unit. It’s a trane they took about 3 1/2 hours to take out the old and install the new and I couldn’t be more pleased. It sooo quiet I don’t even hear it. I love it. Thank you Edwards.

I came here based on a personal recommendation and was initially really happy with how responsive and communicative they were. Things seemed off to a great start, but after a few parts had to be ordered, I was pretty surprised by the final bill. The invoice only showed a single line item with no breakdown of parts or labor, which made it hard to understand what I was actually paying for. I really expected more transparency, especially after such good communication early on.

Excellent service by Jeremy and Shane of Edwards. They arrived on time and called to let me know they were on their way. Their work to replace a faucet and install an under sink filtration was immaculate and they were very pleasant as well.

Contacted Edwards in the morning for non-emergent furnace outage, and they arrived early afternoon to diagnose the problem and begin the repair. They also completed a system inspection on our other units. Jesse was fantastic and explained everything while doing a comprehensive survey and inspection of our system.

What a wonderful experience! The gentlemen were so careful and professional and really took the time and effort to ensure the job was done correctly. Couldn’t be any happier!
