AC thermostat went out. Called Edward's and a technician responded in less than 2 hours. The repair took 30 minutes. Covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Great service.

Our AC / heat pump went out on the Labor Day Weekend. Contacted Edwards and they scheduled the service call to meet our schedule. Communication was excellent through the process. The service technician, Barry, did a thorough job, explained what he was doing and left with everything operational.

Quick and professional. Very friendly and the fee was half the cost of the other two amounts I was told it would cost by other companies. Will use them again when needed. Awesome job guys. Thanks

Jeremy and Shane showed up exactly as scheduled. They corrected a plumbing issue with our washer in a matter of minutes, explained exactly what had caused the problem and recommended one change in how we use the washer, and we’re gone in less than THIRTY MINUTES! Washer is now running perfectly w/o any sign of the plumbing issue! We have relied on Edwards for so many things, for so many years, it seems strange to say this service was exceptional … because every service Edwards provides is done promptly, fixes the problem, and is done at a fair price. So, I’d have to say every service Edwards has provided for us has been exceptional! But Jeremy and Shane? THE BEST!

I had a toilet installation service done at my home today, and I’m VERY pleased with the experience. The price was affordable, and workers were very nice and professional. I had a water heater emergency and they helped me through the initial problem by walking me through how to drain it. Then, Ken and his team came out to remove and replace two water heaters with new, code-compliant ones. I've used Edwards for years and will continue to use them in the future!

Ken and his crew did a great job of replacing two water heaters in the attic. Very friendly group and clearly respected my house while doing so. Ken and his crew are an asset to the company and I would welcome them for any other plumbing issues I may have.

Quick response, two man team. Two toilets replaced in about an hour. Sink pending, needs new fixture. Great work, I’m not good with names John was one of the men. Good communication and great service. Good work is not free, however. It’s well worth the money.

They came and listened to my problem so they had perfect understanding on what needed to be done. He found an issue that took a little extra effort and it made all the difference!! I called this morning and they got someone right out to fix the issue. They even had the part we needed in stock and were able to come back out and get us all taken care of. The 2 gentlemen who came out where very knowledgeable and friendly.
