The "Come fix my home" folks wanted to remodel my bathroom for $4000 to fix a leaky tub. Cole's people found a smarter way to fix the leak and only cost my $900. They have my business for life.

We called 4 businesses and the only one that diagnosed and fixed our pipes was Cole Plumbing. They have the equipment, knowledge and experience. We highly recommend calling them.

Charged $2000 for a hot water heater and solder joint failed after a couple of years. A kindergarten class could have done better. Stay away from these folks.

Cole plumbing came by my house and were very professional and knowledgeable about about their profession, they solved my plumbing that I was dealing with over a year in an couple of hours. YIPPY!!!! I love these people, if I ever have another problem or if anyone asks me to recommend a plummer , Coles is the only business I'll mention!!!

Can't say enough about how responsive and effective Cole Plumbing was at fixing an after-hours call for a hot water heater spewing water out of the cold-water feed....beautiful job, professional and polite service personnel. Everything they needed was on the well-equipped truck...problem solved. Service response was surprisingly quick, customer support by direct phone with dispatcher even after normal work hours...felt that I was in good hands, and my panicky fears were completely allayed by the generous and caring team. Leak in gas log line that went through wall. Carroll and Corey spent the time to find it and now we can use our fireplace. Very personable, efficient and a minimum of mess. Would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!!!

Horrible experience, I understood the $59 service fee was to come out to give an estimate of what it would cost to make the repair. That was not the case the $59 dollars was only to come to your home they wanted $342 to determine what the problem is, and another amount to repair so basically you pay the service fee to see someone. PLEASE SPEND your money elsewhere!

Fixed a leak under my slab in a matter of a few hours and charged me over $1200. Couple months later the leak came back and now they are too busy to come back out! Worst Quality/Customer Service I've ever experienced!!

Made a Friday afternoon appointment, no show. Called 2 times to find out what the status was. They kept promising they were on the way. So, on Monday called again for afternoon appointment. My tenant has to take off from work again. This time they showed.

They reseated the toilet with new flange, ring and put caulk around base. $478.00 after a 10% military discount! For an hour or less job. I know it was no more than $25 in material.

Outlandish cost. I could of bought a new toilet from Lowe's and had them install it for less than that cost and had a new toilet!

I had a horrible experience with this company. They over charged me and didn't fix my issue. Then refuses to come out and fix the issue. I had to call another company and they told me that the issue was not what was causing my problem and they had to redo what Coles did and then fix the real issue and charges me half rhe price that Coles did and actually FIXED my plumbing issue.

I filed a complaint with the board of plumbers with the state and guess what Coles must be in their back pocket because nothing qas done about it.

The guy was nice don’t get me wrong but this company is a total f****** rip off . They wanted to charge 752.00 to snake my pipe and told me that it is not guaranteed to fix it they would have to dig this and that so I nicely declined and as soon as I did rotor rooter called me and came right on . I paid Cole’s 59.00 to come out here and tell me basically that I would just be giving them my money and it’s no guarantee it would work .Rotor Rooter is here now 175.00 and within 5mins I already see progress and he says that was overpriced and unbelievable and I agree .Please do not spend your money with this company it’s a waste I could have gave this guy the 59.00 as a tip he came right to the problem No guesssing or nothing and the price is reasonable I will most definitely never use another company besides rotor rooter .I called the company and explained what happened and the lady hung up in my face so I called back another lady answered and she’s trying to resolve the issue and said she understands but this is a rip off DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY CALL ROTOR ROOTER my plumbing is working good and he’s not even finished yet ! That speaks volumes the time the guts from Coles took just looking around this guy has my issues resolved

UNPROFESSIONAL, CROOKED, AND A HUGE RIP-OFF!! I GIVE THEM NO STARS. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING COLE PLUMBING!! Our hot water heater wouldnt heat; we had a plumber come to diagnose the problem. Prior to arrival, my husband called and specifically asked for the technician to call him before making any repairs. We were told that we could turn down the service and pay a $60 service fee or have them fix our hot water heater and pay for the services and have the service fee waived. After only 12 minutes, the plumber came out and said he fixed the hot water heater and that it would cost $194. All he did was reset a switch and clean the filter. After signing the invoice and paying for the service, I called my husband to make sure that the plumber called him before making repairs. My husband informed me that he received no such call. The plumber decided to fix the hot water heater without consulting with me or my husband first as to whether we wanted them to fix it or to seek service somewhere else. Carrol, who they described as a master plumber, never followed our specific instructions. We called the Cole Plumbing office and spoke to Jeanette a secretary who was extremely rude, and we asked that we could speak to Mr. Cole directly about the situation. We asked that they put our check on hold until we could get the issue resolved. After several days of not hearing from anyone, we called again. We were still unable to speak with anyone in charge and received a rude runaround from Jeannette the secretary. One month later, we received a letter from Chambless Math and Carr for a debt collection of $260.80, yet had still received no call from Cole Plumbing. I called again to see if I could speak face-to-face with Mr. Cole. James Cole said once they turn us over to the lawyer that it was out of their hands and it would be a waste of time to even come up there and see someone. No one would even hear my side of the situation. Overall, we spent $260 on a problem that would never have happened if they had followed their protocol and our specific instructions to inform us of the problems with the hot water before making any repairs. Cole Plumbing is an unprofessional and crooked company. I would not recommend their services to anyone not even my enemies. They never would hear us out and only took their plumber's word over ours. The customer was not put first. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

I just called their "emergency line" multiple times due to a leak. The man finally answered, didn't let me speak, yelled at me for calling him, and told me no matter what he would not be coming to my house tonight because he needed to sleep. Then he hung up. We have used Cole Plumbing in the past and have liked them, but we will not use them again.

Cole Plumbing is excellent! They repaired my sewer line that a few other plumbers had been unable to fix. Cole actually found the problem and fixed it instead of just going for a temporary solution. If you want something fixed right the first time, call Cole!

Personally, I do not recommend this company. I am very disappointed with the result of their service since I hired the service of their camera to know what was the reason why my drain was often clogged. I wanted to know if the tube had collapsed, was it broken or had roots, but the only result was that I knew that it was clogged and the exact point, where it was located something that I already knew so I paid 526 dlls. for nothing and I also lost five hours from my job. since in one day I lost two hours and in another day I lost three hours

We were faced with total replacement of our copper throughout the house due to pin holes popping up everywhere. We researched several options and finally decided to choose Cole for their spray in liner system which saved us from having to tear out and replace sheetrock in our home. Russell and the guys (even Mr. Cole's son) did an outstanding job and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Coles. They drained and took out 2 old water heaters from my attic. They installed a new water heater. The price was not cheap but neither was the work. I had gotten a 2nd estimate and it was slightly over Cole's estimate. They came within a couple of days, did the work and the price did not increase. They helped me complete my rebate information and get that in the mail. They did not leave a mess in my house or yard. I would recommend them!

The service from Cole Plumbing was great. The receptionist let me know that they would try to work me in yesterday and they were able too. The crew that came to the house were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The cost was fair considering they came the same day. I will certainly use them again!
