I have referred and used Hank's Plumbing for many years. This week they came out same day to correct a serious issue on an install by another vendor. They arrived a couple of hours after the call, diagnosed the issue fairly quickly, and resolved it. Highly recommend them and they are the #1 plumbing company on my list.

I had a fantastic experience with Hank’s Plumbing Repair. From the very first call, the service was excellent. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and proactive in getting everything started. Shortly after, Hank personally called me to schedule a consultation and walked through everything that needed to be installed or repaired.

What really stood out was how smoothly the entire process was handled. Hank coordinated with the electrical subcontractors and the countertop installer for me, scheduled everyone, and even met them at my house to ensure everything stayed on track. That level of organization and service made the project completely stress-free.

His team was friendly, efficient, and very respectful of my home. They worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Hank himself was also wonderful to work with—very personable and clearly someone who takes pride in both his employees and the quality of their work.

Lied to my warranty company so they would authorize the work. Can’t pay what they want to charge so they they get off free of any hard work.

Had to come out twice because first plumber had no clue how to fix my bathroom faucet, then quoted me $1400 for a job I just get completed for $750...terrible rip off!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The contact person was extremely rude when I asked for more information. Raised her voice at me and proceeded to belittle me for asking questions about the work I am needing done.

Their receptionist is extremely rude! She said she didn't gave anything until tomorrow. Then added, "if you think you're the only one that's called in town you're not!!" They have done major work for us in the past, but they will never get anymore work from us!
