My business was all conducted at the Zelda Rd showroom. I have worked closely with Jimmy and Anne over the past several months on a number of projects, most notably a spa shower. They helped me choose high end shower heads, body sprayers, and steam system. The fixtures are well made and come with a good warranty. Jimmy and Anne held my hand every step of the way. Excellent customer service and just great people in general.

I spent yesterday at Lowes and Home Depot without success trying to find a clean out plug for type schedule 40 PVC that I destroyed with my lawnmower. I first tried Capital plumbing first; they did not carry the part, but recommended Thompson...success!!!!

The people were very helpful and polite. Looking around it seems as if they are very well stocked. Thompson will definitely be my first stop for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

FYI. The original clean out plug had a square head on top to unscrew, the new one is flat, so I wont have to worry about hitting it with the lawnmower in the future.

GREAT SERVICE!!! Needed a quick turn on getting my hot water issue resolved. I called K&M Mechanical and the staff was very professional and had a technician at my house within a couple of hours as promised. He was very knowledgeable and resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Poor Communication. Started a job almost 3 weeks ago, never called or came back!!!
Then want to send a bill for $230 a month later, after I had to hire someone else to do and clean up their mess.

I called this company and spoke with Nick (I think this was his name), a nice and pleasant young man. I asked about a specific shower cartridge, one that I hadn’t been able to find anywhere else in Montgomery. This company had one, so he set it aside for me to pick up. Thank you!

Today I called them for non emergency repair to a bathroom issue. The response was great. The plumber came the same day and did a great job. I had called a different plumber that we had used before and they indicated it would be 3 weeks before they would even schedule a service call.i will definitely use this company in the future.

I called on Monday for service and was assured someone would be here on Tuesday. They did not show up. Called again and was told they would definitely be here first thing Thursday. They did not show up. Absolutely unreliable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate considering I have been without hot water for four days.
