Servpro service was great! Michael and his Crew were here within 45 minutes of call. Within 3 hours, water was extracted, carpet up and blowers going..professional, understanding and very courteous. Called everytime prior to arrival.

I have, unfortunately, had a lot of experience with needing this kind of help and have used Servpro in the past. I had a fairly simple water extraction job. Dustin and Rico were great! They were friendly, gave me all the instructions I needed, gave the advice that I needed, and got the job done. The carpet really looks good. I would definitely use Servpro again. Thanks guys!

Servpro has been great to work with. All of the staff has been very friendly and knowledgeable. A large tree fell into my parents home and Servpro has taken this whole large project by the reigns and helped us through this whole difficult process with the insurance company and each step of getting their home repaired. We highly recommend Servpro for any home repair you are dealing with from unforseen disasters that strike.

I personally know one of the managers of the Montgomery SERVPRO, and have heard about many of the jobs that he takes on and completes. Paul is a stand-up guy in his personal life, and I know, just by having heard of the different opportunities he’s had to work hard and efficiently take care of the houses and homeowners, that he is even more so stand-up in his professional life than his personal.

Heith arrived early. He was very detailed and thorough when reviewing our situation. He genuinely cared about our needs. Customer service is a lost art, but he really embodied customer service. Wish there were more people like him.

Andy and Ken (RM), and their team, Shay, Shameka, Luis, and Brandon with Servpro visited our home this morning to pack up 2 rooms. They handle our furniture and miscellaneous items with tender, love and care. Everyone we have dealt with in restoring our house has been extremely helpful, understanding, professional and timely even at the extent of damages and repairs needed. Anthony and team done a great job explaining what was to happen. He was super helpful dealing with the insurance adjuster, he knew all the right questions to ask being that we did not. The rest of the team jumped right on collecting data to expediate the recovery process. The work starts soon I will update along the way.

Came out and responded quickly. Robet Place and his new trainee did a great job explaining evey step as they helped dry out and clean up the mess that was caused by the water flooding my home. Contacted me everyday and checked to make sure everything was good and going as planned. They definitely went above and beyond getting this job cleaned up and fixed quick. I am really appreciative of the team they had helping me fix my problem.

I had my attic cleaned out at an old house we had bought at the lake. A raccoon had spent a few winters up there and chewed through the insulation and wiring and made a giant mess Heath came out and took a look then sent his crew out. Great guys Good attitudes. I am writing this review to share the horrific experience I had with ServePro of Montgomery. In working with my insurance company, ServePro was selected for the project. Truly, I experienced unprofessional service and poor communication with the staff. Listed below are some of the experiences I encountered. At the initial meeting, I was told a lockbox would be placed on the door and the technicians would call/ text when they entered and left the home which didn''t happen. The mitigation manager, Ken Jackson, would call/ text when he was going to the house, but his staff didn't. When brought to his attention, Mr. Jackson addressed it with staff and they refuted my statement. I knew when they entered and left because of the security system. On different occasions, I would stop by the home to find all the window blinds up and all the lights on. The day of the mitigation walk through with Mr. Jackson, I arrived to find my front door wide open, and the mitigation team gone. Upon entering my home, along with Mr. Jackson, I found the insurance adjuster walking around in the home. When asked where mitigation team was, he stated they had left. The experience with the content team was poor and the process was not clearly explained. Each time when questioned about packing items they would say we can't pack that. The sentiment conveyed was that they really didn't want to pack the items. The better experience was with the reconstruction side and manager, Josh Hall. There were issues with some of the subcontractors doing poor quality work and when brought to Mr. Hall's attention he addressed it and had it corrected. The content team have brought my things back to my home to learn that some of my furniture was missing and or broken. At the writing of this review, I am still dealing with ServePro trying to get my items returned. This review is lengthy, but I don't want any customers to experience what I have gone through. Even with insurance recommendations, please take your time and check out other restoration companies.
