Water Damage Restoration reviews in Montgomery, Alabama

I used Servpro Montgomery for water damage recently. They did a good job. For the most part. However, when it cam time to pay it was an entirely different company mindset for collecting the money from insurance. There was an issue where insurance company had the wrong mortgage company due to the loan being sold. So there were delays even though Servpro had the check from the insurance company. I didn’t receive one email from Servpro indicating I needed to give authorization for Servpro to cash the check. Instead I received multiple phone calls not from Servpro but for a person I did not know. I receive about twenty spam calls per day and it was missed. So when we finally connected Servpro threatened to lien my house. This is not the way to do business. Call from a Servpro titled number or send a Servpro email. I would not use this company again for mitigating damage.

The entire team was wonderful! Josh Hall managed the restoration beautifully, Paul Williams handled the mitigation with competence and professionalism, and Elena got us scheduled for the needed services in a timely and efficient manner. The subs were all great, restoring our home to a lovely state. The mitigation staff faced special challenges in removing built-ins so that they wouldn’t be damaged, and they took care of that job successfully. My husband and I owe a debt of gratitude to Servpro, and we highly recommend them to others.

When I had my water heater bust Servpro was recommended by my insurance. They did it all for me. Lamar, Paul and Robert were here getting out what was wet and the drying machines they explained how this works and were quick to get here like early the next day. Then Chris Watkins was my Reconstruction manager. He was great and explained everything to me, he and his team dealt with my insurance. I honestly other than first call did not have to contact them again. My pack out team, I lost their names, but they were great. Very polite and they saw all my junk! They packed everything like it was precious to me. I was amazed how well things were taken care of. Chris was great answering all my questions, I am sure I asked some multiple times, from the beginning to the end. He is very patient and knowledgeable. He kept in touch during the entire process checking to see how things looked and were going, making sure standards were met and they always were. He went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend him and Servpro team.

Monty and Carl did very well helping to remediate and remove water damage from our house in a timely and efficient manner. We greatly value and appreciate Servpro coming in and helping us get out and clean out all that was damaged. They were very thorough in going through the process and ensuring we approved of everything and working alongside with our insurance to help ensure this process so close to Christmas would recommend them to anyone. Also Mike Radcliffe did a good job pushing it along to ensure that our insurance company helped us.

I had 2 young men out this morning Destin and Justin. They called 15 min out and were very nice, polite, professional, courteous and just good people that you want to do business with. They advised me of the process of getting repairs done to my house from a storm and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

ServPro Montgomery was incredibly helpful after a flooding incident at my Dad’s home. The service was incredible from start to finish. I appreciate the entire team for their diligence and hard work, especially for making it so that I did not have to relocate my elderly parents. Special thanks to Ken and Robert for coordinating the remediation and to Ginger for coordinating the reconstruction.

I had water damage to my faccia and sufit boards from a leak on my roof near my rain diverter over the back door. Ginger was very caring and considerate when addressing my damage. She went above and beyond to ensure the damage was repaired timely and correctly. The carpenters were good and polite also. Overall, this was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Servpro of Montgomery. Make sure to ask for Ginger. She is awesome.

I had a great experience with Josh and his team members. He helped ease the process in dealing with the Insurance Adjusters. His constant feedback and willingness to address my concerns was so helpful with completing my project from a flooding. Can't Thank Josh enough for his knowledge and patience to make sure as a customer i would know everything that was going on with my home. Wonderful Job
