Constraction reviews in Pelham, Alabama

Thaxter was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He completed our project quickly, and I enjoyed getting to know him a bit while he was in our home. We will definitely call him in the future.

Mr. Pittman was a pleasure to work with. He advised me on my needs and was able to have them fixed in the same day. This is one of many times his company's services have gone above and beyond expectations. I'll definitely continue using Total Power Electric for all my homes electrical needs.

Mr. Pittman and his colleague from Total Power Electric LLC did an outstanding job from beginning to end. He carefully explained what needed to be corrected, why it was important, and how the work would be completed properly and safely. He also gave clear guidance on what I should avoid moving forward to prevent future electrical problems, which I truly appreciated.

It’s obvious that he is highly knowledgeable and experienced in his field. The work was done efficiently, neatly, and with great attention to detail. He made sure everything was functioning correctly before leaving and did not rush the process.

Beyond the quality of the work, his professionalism really stood out. He was respectful, patient, and incredibly kind. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I fully understood everything. That level of care and customer service makes a big difference.

I highly recommend Total Power Electric LLC to anyone needing reliable and professional electrical services. If you want the job done!they are definitely the company to call.🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had an outstanding experience with Total Power Electric! They came out to my home to handle some electrical work and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done.

The technicians showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done safely and correctly. It’s not always easy finding contractors you can trust, but the crew at Total Power Electric definitely exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality electrical service. Great work and great customer service!

Electricity is the HEART of the Home! We had a water leak that damaged our 30 year old panel. It is also a Steel Frames house. I wanted to add an additional outside access for a generator for our camper. I also have a special need son that needs daily machine treatments and I couldn’t have the power off after 7pm. He went to several locations to get the right parts. He drilled through a steel beam to thread new lines and access for generator. He had the inspector come out and everything was replaced and power back on before 7:00pm. I had a lot of questions and concerns and he explained everything calmly and took the time to listen to my needs. I have never experienced this level of knowledge or professionalism when
hiring an electrician before. We will be doing all my work going forward! Highly Recommend!!
