We had a wonderful experience with Construction & Remodeling Solutions. Scott Lamoreaux and his team were wonderful. We had originally contracted to have our deck replaced. They had to remove the old deck, rebuild a new screened deck as well as a new uncovered deck. The construction included a new roof, electrical outlets and ceiling fans. What I really appreciated was Scott's communication. He spoke with us nearly every day, answered all our questions and always kept us up to date on progress. His crew was very professional and talented and the cost was very competitive. I would recommend Scott to anyone looking for home remodeling. We couldn't be happier with the finished deck and will definitely use Construction & Remodeling Solutions for our next project.

I had two bathrooms updated on a modest budget. Scott listened and worked with me to develop a design that offered what I wanted. He created open adjustable shelving that serve for holding linen and are deep enough to store luggage as well. His crew take pride in their workmanship, are professional and don’t leave a mess for the home owner to deal with. They are very attentive through the process and several months after the project was completed they promptly took care of concerns with the grout due to normal settling.

First of all, I'm the HOA President of a 267 home Community located in Pelham, Alabama. My wife and I own four homes, so we are experienced in dealing with Contractors. We wanted to enclose our back patio and turn it into a sun room at our home in Pelham. We found Adam Walker with Construction & Remodeling Solutions by searching the internet. Adam came to our home, listened to what we wanted and gave us suggestions we had not thought of. Adam had a quote for us in two days and he and his team started construction in less than two weeks. We have never had a construction project go as smoothly as the sun room went. It was completed ahead of schedule and looked much better than even we thought possible. Adam was at our home every morning to meet with his team, check on their progress and keep us informed. I rarely give a five star review for anything. After coming out to the job site initially and looking over the area to quote the project, Gary handed it over to an excellent project manager, Jason, who was always available for all of my questions and made sure that everything got done the way we wanted. Mary with customer service and billing was also easy to work with and was willing to help us in any way possible when necessary as well. Southeastern’s employees will make you feel like family and it’s nice to have a team of professionals who know what they are doing when you take on a big project.

We hired Gary and his team at SEC to replace the main driveway and install a new security gate system at our self-storage facility.

Thaxter was great to work with and helped troubleshoot some issues with our plugs. He was also very knowledgable in bringing some items up to code and working with aluminum wiring in a condo that was built in the 60's.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Total Power Electric. My house was directly hit by lightning damaging my electrical outlets and causing some of my appliances and other personal items to fail. Thaxter and his team were very professional. They came out assessed the damage and fixed the problems. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns I had and got spoke to me or called back in a timely manner.
