Constraction reviews in Pelham, Alabama

We were looking for a roof replacement and reached out to several companies, but after speaking with their representative, Jon, we decided to meet up with him at our home. He came when if was convenient for me, as I work long hours. He met me at my home on a Wednesday night. He brought all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. And when I had trouble picking out a shingle color, he brought by samples to put on my roof when the sun was shining so that I knew exactly what I wanted. The little things he was willing to do to make me confident in my decision were priceless. When I changed my mind a few times, he said "just call me when you can and I will get back to you" which he did every time. It is people like Jon who make the customer feel like they are getting a quality product at an affordable price. Their company offers financing which is helpful. We scheduled the day for a Monday. Jon called to let me know that the materials would be at my home on Friday and he instructed the delivery guys where to put the pallets of shingles, etc. He, also, told us to have our vehicles out of the driveway on that Monday morning because the crew would be there to work at 645am and he was right . They worked for several hours. After they got close to finishing, Jon appeared on the roof to check their work and he made sure everything was just right. We chose the best company and they sent the best representative to work with us through the entire process! One last thing, the night Jon came by to talk with us, he climbed up into our attic to check the roofing deck. He said we would need a couple of pieces of plywood replaced at the time of installation. I couldn't believe he just went up in the attic and stayed for some time before giving me the news. They are a customer serviced company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality and friendly folks to work with. AAA+++ Sarah and Kara Young

Had to cancel apt.

Professional and dependable. This company is the real deal.

Great experience! Top notch and reliable! Thank you Scott!

. Scheduling was a little shaky at first, job it now complete and let me tell you….it turned out 100% perfect. I would use them again in a heartbeat, I won’t call anyone else.

I would highly recommend CRS. They were on time and professional. Everyone involved did excellent work and I am very pleased with the end result.

I spoke with Adam about replacing a front door. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services.

Did not want to give and estimate because there was another contractor at my home. Customers have the right to shop for the best deal.

Adam,at this business, was very helpful in helping me find the right sources to customize my new home. He was attentive to my needs and resourceful.

We had our chimney rebuilt, and had an excellent experience! Everyone was nice and did a great job! This is a wonderful company to work with!

I’ve used CRS 3 times for inside and outside remodeling and painting, and wooden fence work. Always satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend.

Very professional group of folks who did an excellent job. Scott , Chris and their group were very efficient and pleasant. We highly recommend CRS

Was told they’d have a quote within 24-72 hours and after not hearing anything within that timeframe, I reached out to the PM who came to my house and he didn’t respond. Still hasn’t. Maybe they do great work. I wouldn’t know because no one will respond

Professional and easy to work with. They came prepared and brought extra material in case they found any other issues with the project. The workers on site were courteous while on site. Will use again for any other projects.

We had a deck built on to our kitchen and the work is beautiful. We were beyond pleased. I highly recommend Construction and Remodeling Solutions.

This company strung my spouse and I along for 6 weeks after I approved the quote and avoids phone calls, texts, and does not communicate. They wasted my time. Do not let them waste yours. If they are this bad before the real work begins I can only imagine how it would be during the work!

We used Construction Remoldeling Solutions to Remodel our master bathroom. Their price was reasonable and their work was outstanding. We will definitely be using them again!

Project manager came out to my house to give me an estimate on the repairs I needed done to the exterior of my house. He told me he would get back to me within 7 to 14 days with an estimate. On day 13 he called me and told me the work on certain areas of my house was going to be real expensive and he would give me a separate estimate for the expensive parts and give me a separate estimate to paint my house. However, the painting estimate would not include any rotted masonite that would need to be repaired. We would have to pay separate for any rotted masonite as it was found. I was told I would recieve an estimate on the day I called but I never did. If you dont want my business why dont you just tell me up front so I didnt have to wait 2 weeks for nothing. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this business.

Scott Lamoreaux and his team were the best! They treated us as an important customer all through the process. We appreciated the workmanship and the attention to detail. We would use them again in a heartbeat!!

We needed a minor shower repair that most contractors would have passed on due to the small amount of time and material it took to complete. Construction & Remodeling Solutions came out quickly, made the repair, and helped us out in a short timeframe that we required. They will be the first company we call for any future work we require big or small.

CRS removed master bath whirlpool and small shower. A beautiful tile shower and new closet were installed. Tile floor was removed and replaced with luxury vinyl plank. All associated dry wall, trim, and painting was completed. Also they did some miscellaneous things. When something didn't go exactly right, Adam did his best to correct it. Demolition and reconstruction are hard to live with, but the results are great!
