Iron City did a great job on my roof. I got 4 estimates and they were by far the most reasonable. Stuart was great to deal with from start to finish. After they left besides having a new roof it was almost like they were never there. They made sure to clean up after themselves and Stuart even came back out the next day to make sure that the site was clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roof.

Iron City Roofing replace the tile roofing on my house. Their contact person, Nicole Lowery, was great to work with. She made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for and even came back after the installation was completed to assure that the cleanup was to my satisfaction. The workers and workmanship were all first class.

Look at that new roof! Isn't it beautiful? Know why? Because Iron City Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my storm damaged roof from start to finish. They returned phone calls and texts promptly, showed up when they said they would, and did an excellent clean up when work was completed. They also did something I consider unique: my initial contact Stuart didn't disappear after the estimate. He helped me with my insurance claim, stayed in contact by text, showed up each day for several hours on the two-day job, came back to check the clean up, and even did some extra clean up himself. Everyone--the roofers, the owners (I met Jack), and Stuart--was an absolute pleasure to work with and, although I hope I never need another new roof, if I do, I would not hesitate to call Iron City Roofing.

From the first time I called them to the end of our project, I was impressed with Iron City Roofing. They were upfront with us about what could be repaired, but ultimately we needed to go with a new roof. Their pricing was right in line with what we were planning for. We were very impressed with the crew that came out to do the job, and by the end of day you couldn't even tell they had been there with the exception of our roof looked really nice!

I had an issue with a skylight leak and Chimney Flashing. John came highly recommended and did a wonderful job inspecting and providing a competitive quote. The work was done timely. The replacement skylight (for my 30 year old skylight) is modern with a solar powered blinds. I am super happy with their work.

Had my roof replaced this month. John Cocke held my hand through the whole process. They worked with my insurance company, crew was amazing, everything was tidied when they left, even used magnets to pick up any stray nails before they left! All in 1 day! Insurance adjuster was so pleased with the work, I even got a deduction on my homeowners insurance. Wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Stuart Lawyer and Iron City did a fabulous job on my roof at a great price. I checked other roofing companies, and they wanted $3000 more. The entire installation took only one day. Clean up was also great. You couldn't even tell that they had been there.

John Cocke and his crew did a great job. We got prices from a total of 3 contractors, but John was the only one that pursued insurance coverage due to storm damage. We were successful in getting that claim covered which saved us a LOT of money. Very grateful for all his work on this.

I recently worked with Brandenn Pickett and Cardinal Roofing Company, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Brandenn was incredibly professional, diligent, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and that the job was done right.

The Cardinal Roofing installers and staff also stood out for their timeliness and efficiency. The installers were neat, respectful of my property, and kept everything clean throughout the job. The staff was very helpful and communicated every step of the way, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

At the time of writing this review my husband and I have worked with Cardinal Roofing a couple times and are currently waiting on roof installation to be scheduled. The first was for the repair of a shed roof. The crew gave a modest quote but ended up repairing more than half of the shed's roof at no additional charge. The second has been for a few estimates for repairs of the roof on the house. Each person we have met has been punctual, respectful, and clear, providing photographic evidence of their suggestions. Our most recent encounter was with Roy Evans. He was all of the things I mentioned previously, clear, thorough, punctual, and kind. He has continued an appropriate amount of communication and follow up while we are waiting on scheduling to assure us that we are not just simply a sale.

An update to this review will come if needed, but so far things have gone well and we have been please with our encounters with Cardinal Roofing.
