Constraction reviews in Pelham, Alabama

The MOST seamless roofing experience I have ever had. John was great, the guys were great, the roof looks amazing! Thank you!

Iron City roofing would get a higher rating than 5 stars if that was a choice! I cannot express how professional and thorough my experience was. My roof had been damaged through several weather events. I did not know my damage was as significant as it was. I called Iron City Roofing after seeing ceiling damage in several places. Saw an ad in a local magazine, not really knowing anything about roofing and where to turn. I spoke to a representative who lined up an appointment for that same day. After my roof was examined, learned of all the damage and the owner, John Cocke even came by. My homeowners insurance was given the estimate an through a bunch of “back and forth” John went “to bat” for me and didn’t give up until the insurance company did the right thing. John Cocke was a God send! My roof was repaired in one day and the entire crew made the repair painless…a total turnkey operation. They even used large magnets to find any metal in my backyard. Highly, highly recommend this company and owner John Cocke. You don’t find companies like this one very often. Wouldn’t hesitate for a second to use Iron City Roofing again! Big huge THANK YOU to this company and crews!

Jack's the man. He's professional and courteous. His team is outstanding and resourceful. Thank you Iron City Roofing.

Excellent workmanships. Quality employees. Very timely I would strongly recommend.

These guys did a great job! They were very thorough when inspecting our roof and very helpful through the process. I highly recommend this company for roofing needs

Bobby and his team were amazing! We’ve been trying to get our gutter and roof issue taken care of for over a year with little luck. He and his team were able to come out for inspection and repair the damage within a few days and it turned out amazing! Will definitely be using them again for any future needs!

Great experience from start to finish! Everyone on the crew was knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure that the little details were taken care of and did an excellent job cleaning before they left. Stuart was with me through the whole process and made sure that I was informed every step of the way. 5 out of 5!

Exceptional! I'd give them a hundred stars if possible. We received both top notch craftsmanship and excellent customer service at a very fair price. Most impressive, was their ability navigate the treacherous sea of red tape associated with some homeowner's insurance claims.

This company came highly recommended from a friend who is a contractor. Great company to work with. Everything was seamless from the initial quote to the follow up after the job. I am planning on using them for a second job in the Spring of 2025. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.

Iron City Roofing did an excellent job. They worked with us and our insurance flawlessly. The job was completed within two days including a wonderful cleanup afterwards.

Quick response, Nicole was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and courteous. Company gave fair estimate. Alexander headed up the team and they were fast, efficient, quality work, and cleaned up work site. They were professional and arrived on time and prepared. Addressed all our issues! Recommend!

Nicole was wonderful to work with on getting our roof done. Always there when she said she would be. The roofing crew did a great job. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs. Great Company!!!

Alexander and his family of workers did a GREAT JOB! They worked some LONG HOT & Humid Days and did better than expected Clean up...Jack and John(owners) straight forward, up front on cost and estimate.

Iron City Roofing, LLC is a fantastic company to work with. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They scheduled us right away for an appointment and resolved our gutter issues immediately. Nicole was great!! She was friendly, thorough, and knew what she was doing. My husband and I would strongly recommend Iron City Roofing, LLC and Nicole!!!

Working with Iron City was a very good experience. They were a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, extremely knowledgable, and did a fantastic job on our roof. Stewart and John took additional time to explain the ins-and-outs of the entire process and genuinely cared about the work they did. Attention to detail. Extra effort. And great communication. I hope we don't need their services ever again, but I'll be sure to call on them if we ever do.

Great customer service and great work. They gave a fair estimate knowing that I was not claiming the roof through my insurance. They worked around my schedule and the work was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs roof repairs or a new roof.

Iron City Roofing did a great job. They responded quickly. Gave a fair estimate. Arrived on time, were polite and cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again when needed.

This company was above and beyond 5 stars. They worked with me to find the right color and accommodated my crazy schedule. They also worked with my insurance company to make sure their were no kinks or leftover expenses. They worked quickly, pointed out other areas of concern and corrected them. Their clean up following the job completion was also fantastic making sure there were no loose nails on my driveway or siding in my shrubs. They were friendly and professional. My contact person was Stuart Lawyer and I can’t say enough good things about him.

IRON CITY ROOFING did a fantastic job from initial meeting to completion of the repair job. I provided an initial deposit on a fair quote for the job and with the completion of the job I received my final invoice and it was for ZERO dollars. IRON CITY determined the repairs required were not as serious as quoted so their decision was the deposit covered everything done. To me, that’s a level of honesty not seen very often nowadays and I’ll promote them to anyone needing roofing work. Thanks to IRON CITY ROOFING and their representatives for a super job.

We had some damage from hail on our roof, which caused a leak. Iron city was quick to come out and evaluate it and helped us with the steps to get our insurance company out to look at it. Iron city got the okay to go ahead and replace the roof! It was such a nice, quick and well done job! I highly recommend them for your roofing needs!!!

Working with the company was great, from the initial consultation, quote submission and review, we felt that we were dealing with a trustworthy and highly experienced professional. Pricing was reasonable and the workers took care in protecting vulnerable parts of the property. John came highly recommended by my neighbor, a previous customer, and he's lived up to the reputation. I highly recommend him and his company.
