We had a top notch experience with Cardinal Roofing during our roof replacement. Mary-Margaret is the absolute best at breaking down every aspect of the process, was very patient during the many questions my wife and I had during the presentation. She was responsive, answered my phone calls/texts in a timely manner and was very pleasant & kind everytime. She is a very valuable asset to the company. I would definitely recommend Cardinal and specifically Mary-Margaret; she was an absolute gem!!
(The roofing crew arrived on time the day of the installation and were very respectful, professional, and efficient. When they left for the day, one would not have known that the roof had been replaced, since they cleaned up every shingle and other debris then throughly swept the grounds for stray nails.) Roy and Cardinal Roofing were fantastic! I developed a leak in my roof over the weekend. I called them this morning, and before lunch was over, Roy identified and fixed the issue. Amazing customer service!

A large pine tree fell acoss the back portion of my home during a thunderstorm. A Google search lead me to Cardinal Roofing. I left a message explaining my situation and was contacted 15 minutes later by Jon Morris. Jon arranged for the tree removal and tarping of the roof for the next day. Jon and Roy Evans were there when the insurance adjuster arrived, getting on the roof pointing out the damage. Notably, an old satellite dish that was pushed through the roof and a bedroom ceiling. The metal shaft landing between the blades of a ceiling fan. Cardinal Roofing was able to replace the roof and repair the interior damage to my home. The work crews were punctual, professional and left workspaces clean. I am pleased with the repairs provided by Cardinal Roofing. Thank you Jon and Cardinal Roofing.

This was one of the most professional, while being stress free, businesses I’ve ever dealt with. Jon thoroughly discussed what issues I had with the roof of my residence and explained how Cardinal would correct the situation. He also stayed in touch throughout the entire process.
From start to finish, it took very little time to have my home’s roof better than new. Afterwards, I had no sign of them even being there because of how clean the crew left everything.

After being stood up by a company I had previously used, I called Cardinal. Jon Morris quickly gave me quotes for both a repair and to replace the entire roof. We chose to replace the roof. Free roof inspection, first with drone, then actually going up onto the roof and taking close up photos for submission of proof of damage to insurance company. Brent was willing to go up onto the roof at a second visit to satisfy the requirements of my insurance company. Instead of them only approving half my roof (crazy), they approved the whole thing with Brent’s kind, knowledgeable and patient help. Of course their knowledge of the date of the storm helped! They helped submit my claim, with previous experience in the insurance industry. They also helped recommend the color and durability of the shingles. I feel like with their help I got lucky with insurance, so I was able to choose the best quality of shingles, which will last longer. Without their help, I would have been stuck with the most basic shingles because I would have been paying a lot out of my own pocket. This way, I only had to pay for the upgrades to make my roof up to code, and for the nicer shingles. I really like the color we chose. The crew worked very quickly.

John and Roy did a great job cleaning our roof and gutters. They were very thorough and made sure to blow off the porch, deck and any areas where debris fell during the cleaning. When we first made contact about the roof of the church, we set up an appointment at the church for an estimate. Jon Morris of Cardinal Roofing came out and completed a thorough inspection by not just looking at the roof from the ground but by inspecting while on the roof. After that he asked me to let him know when the insurance adjusters would come by to do their inspection and that he would be there to represent me and the church. I let him know what time to be there and he was there. He got on top of the roof with the adjusters to make sure they didn’t miss anything and we were in constant communication by phone after that. After the assessment by the insurance company Jon Morris of Cardinal Roofing gave me three estimates to choose from that was within the church’s budget. Once the we chose the estimate and type of shingles they started working within a few days. Upon completion the work exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Jon Morris and Cardinal Roofing.
