I had a leak from our skylight that ended up due to flashing. The roof was still under warranty. Steven help to eventually fixed the problem and repairing the inside damages was extremely and exceptionally helpful. He was so nice and took care of the whole process so professionally.

His demeanor is friendly and he is knowledgeable of the company and it’s offers and expertise. Roy came out the day after I called the office so the response time was excellent! He was helpful and very knowledgeable about what was going on. I had the quote within an hour of his visit and the repair was scheduled right away. I definitely recommend Cardinal if you have any roof issues.

The service started out well. Daniel gave me a quote and recommended services. However, once the actual work began there were inconsistencies. I was sent a bill before work was even complete. There were screws and glue left on my roof and I had to call them back out because they didnt take down the satellite dish or putty/paint. Instead of relocating downspouts they just attached hoses and when I made a comment, Kristie was very unprofessional and rude as if she were the one coming out to correct the mistakes or paying $2000 for poor quality work. Then they said that the work was done as best it could be due to having several layers of shingles on the roof. However, when I asked for a quote to have the shingles removed and roof redone, it was never sent. I am just glad to be done with this company.

John and Roy were great! I thought they were only coming out to give me a quote, but they were able to do the repair the same day. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient! I wish I would’ve called them sooner. I’ll definitely reach out for additional needs in the future!

I was impressed with Mary Margaret who was a referral, I was told that her was nice and knew her business. She kept me informed about the process. The worker came worked all day and got it done, they cleaned up that day and came back the next day to clean up what they missed. I would recommend 👌 them to anyone who needs a roof, and I left the sign in my yard.

Ok one year later update. Jan 2024 I called them after horrible storms. They came out quickly to see about a new leak on the other side of my roof. Delane came out and was super nice. He quickly identified the problem and they didn’t charge me for the patch up. Super nice family oriented business. Christy is also great about scheduling. I am telling our whole neighborhood about them.
I wish I would have called them first before calling my insurance. Stephen came out and said I didn’t need a new roof and just needed to get it repaired. They were honest and gave an amazing price. Cause of all the rain there was a delay on getting started, but that’s not their fault. Great work will recommend them to others
