I’m so glad I called Ox . They gave me a competitive bit for the work to be done . I’m really impressed with their communication with me on the project. Ox team on my work site were well trained and very polite and most concerned with doing things right! Thanks to Marlon,John, and Leon. Chuck Jetton has been the best to work with and thanks to Erin for the pole calls and text to let me know show up times.

These guys came out and in a very short time had the concrete lifted up as it should have been. They were very professional, great work ethic, and friendly. Might I add cleaned up the yard the best that they could. I myself would definitely use them again.

Called to have them come out and look at a unique job for me dealing with some mold in an old well window cavity that had since been sealed off from the top and some block work in a basement foundation wall.

They sent Mr. Winn Sanders. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and knowledge, but moreso by his honesty.

Most companies will just try to sell you something to make their profit, but you can clearly tell they care about being honest with their clients in directing them to the best solution. Which in this case meant giving me great advice on the best solution here that ultimately is not in their scope of work. Impressed and grateful for his honesty and willingness to help me find a good solution for this project.

They did a great job at my lake house. I had issues with support columns settling. Everything is now secured and above code. James and Josh were very professional and informative.

Don’t waste your time anywhere else! When we built our house we had it encapsulated by another company, it deteriorated very quickly and after 5 years we had rodent issues and a lot of standing water in the crawl space which was causing humidity issues in the home. Our original encapsulation was a thin plastic thrown on the ground. Ox came out and took their time to detail what needed to be done and offered to fix it partially or completely, whatever we felt most comfortable doing. We chose to completely replace the encapsulation and it is not even comparable to what was done prior. Marlon, Cedric and Tank worked on our home they took so much time and care to make sure it was done properly. The original estimate was 3 days, but they took 5 full days to ensure everything was done perfectly and completely. They took time to explain to me all that was done and will come back and repair any issue we have, even as small as changing the battery on the humidity reader. Our crawl space is so clean and tidy now, the amount of work done is so comforting that we will never have issues again. We are so thankful for what this crew and this company have done for our home!

After finding moisture while replacing our flooring, our contractor recommended us to have an assessment done on our foundation to rule out any incoming water issues. Chris Peabody at OX was able to come out the next morning. He was honest, thorough, and very personable. He walked us through his findings and explained in great detail what he was looking for…and in this case, what he didn’t find. Though our issue was determined to NOT be foundation or slab related, the assessment and customer service was top quality. Thank you, Chris!

I reached out to Ox Foundations about some work that was done on our home before we moved in. I spoke with Rebecca, who was so nice and so efficient in getting me what I needed in order for us to sell our home. She got us an appointment with Joe Edwards who came out to the house the very next day to evaluate the work that was done. He was timely and professional and was able to communicate clearly that everything was in order. Super impressed with this team and will be using them and recommending them in the future!

On time, introduce themselves and got to work. Employees were Jeremiah, Isidro, and Xavier. Jeremiah was excellent at answering questions. I had plenty because my boyfriend couldn’t be here and he is an architect. The three of them worked well together and with me! I would highly recommend Ox Foundation Specialist!

After Xavier‘s crew was finished with putting peers around our two-story section of the house, Philip and Tony drilled and injected a polyethylene material to take care of the void underneath our concrete slab. My garage is more level now than it’s been in years. Thank you.

After 26 years my house was in dire need of a new roof. I got so many cards and flyers on my mailbox and door, it made my head spin. A friend of mine referred me to John at Iron City Roofing and he came to visit me the very next day. I was very nervous about the process and cost as this is one of the biggest investments I have made other than the house itself. John was easy to talk to, very upfront and honest about all the ins and outs of working with insurance and my individual insurance carrier, and he explained what kind of value and worth using his company could provide. When he gave me an estimate, I couldn't believe how good it was. I did not think that a roof of this quality could be done for the price he quoted me. I hired them immediately and the next Monday, his crew came out and worked from 7am to 8pm making sure that they finished everything before an incoming rainstorm. I can't say enough how impressed I was with the crew and their foreman. They moved all my outdoor patio furniture, swept the debris, got all the loose nails from the yard all while getting soaking wet finishing the job. John came by the very next day to check the work, answer any questions I had and to sweep for nails a second time throughout my yard. He also reminded me of the insurance discount that I could get with the type of roof they installed. Overall, a good man and a great company. I could not have been more pleased with the experience.
