I won't mince words, my house was in very bad shape. Fatima, Erica and Stormy from Team 2 absolutely killed it. Baseboards, Cabinets, tile and all of the steel in my kitchen. Hopefully I can sell my wife on being a repeat customer.

I feel very taken advantage of. I was quoted $240 to $360 for a 2 to 3 hour cleaning for a 1800 square-foot house one level. I thought it was high, but it was my first time hiring professionals, I’m too busy right now and thought I would splurge on myself to pay someone.
Out of the 3 bed 2 bath house one guest bedroom wasn’t even touched on my request, two bedrooms and two bathrooms were cleaned with livingroom and kitchen.
I would’ve been happy with this service if it cost me under $200, but upon investigation of the cleaning job, mirrors were missed, not cleaned behind toilets still dusty, and even the granite countertops in the kitchen had food that could’ve been scrubbed off.
After the maids left, I got a call. I told them that the cleaning was fine as I was under impression the rate could go below $240 but then was told that the final bill rate was $290! The explanation I got was because there were three maids instead of two and that’s why it only took an hour and 20 minutes.
Not because I told him they didn’t have to clean a whole bedroom that they originally planned for and only vacuumed and changed the bedding in the other guest room. I should’ve spoke up, but I did not know what was missed until the payment was processed which my card was on file anyways, so there wasn’t much I would’ve been able to do.
If I’m going to pay $300 I expect every trinket on the shelves to be picked up for dusting, runner rug moved for mopping, and to be able to run my hand across a surface without feeling dust or grim.

The two ladies who showed up to clean my house, Morgan and Nicole, were respectful and friendly, and they worked efficiently and did a very good job. I would hire them again. Highly recommended.

Erica and Stormy did a great job deep cleaning my house! I’m 38 weeks pregnant and wanted to get everything that we’ve neglected recently back in shape before giving birth and they did exactly that.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I cannot recommend this service for anyone looking to get their house cleaned. Molly maid cleaned my house for 7 hours over 2 days and when they were done "cleaning" the house was hardly any cleaner. It is so dirty that I had to go back and clean everything again. There are so many spots around the house that were missed or ignored. I had them do a deep clean and paid them over $700 for their services and for me to have to clean again after them is ridiculous. The end result is like they were never here.

There were stains in the kitchen, under the counter, on the wall, between the cabinets, parts of the bathroom missed, and the floor is still filthy. I have never seen this level of incompetency from any kind service before.

The crew performed exceptionally well. We didn't have water, so they improvised by using bottled water for mopping. I highly recommend them! They did a great job!

My first deep clean by Molly Maids of Birmingham was amazing! My house is 3 bed/3 bath split level, apex 2000 sqft of dust, dog hair and dirt! They made my home sparkle and no hint of sprays or cleanser at all! Just clean everywhere! Thank you so very much to Erica, Mackenzie, and Heather!

Fatima, Erica, and Stormy were great! They promptly arrived and worked quickly and thoroughly. The house looks and smells amazing and we can now move in to our new, cleaned home.

Maid Pro is excellent and I highly recommend them for all of your cleaning needs! Amy does a fantastic job every time and she is good to my little dog, which is very important to me!

Sam never fails to amaze me. At first I would hover over her but she is so professional that now I am comfortable leaving her to work. Absolutely Amazing cleaner!!!

Maid Pro cleaned our last home and I utilized them to deep clean the new home we bought last year and continue standard cleaning every month. Amanda is now our regular MaidPro expert and she is fabulous. I remarked yesterday (after our regular monthly cleaning) that it was so nice to come home to a clean home and we are able to keep our home clean for longer. Also, it is well worth the money we spend each month (good value).

We have 2 cats and I'm sure they are excited for Amanda’s visit because that means another person to give them treats. :) She also respects our wishes to keep the cats out of the bedrooms and makes sure they don't escape out the front door.

Anytime I have contacted MaidPro (with questions or whatever), they are always very quick to respond.

I have had Maid Pro come for a few cleanings and I have been really happy so far. Lynn is great with communication and is very responsive with scheduling. I just had a cleaning today by Mary and I was very satisfied with the work she did. She made our house feel so much better and did a really thorough job. I couldn’t have asked for better. And she was so thoughtful to leave a sweet note and bag of candy for Christmas. I would be thrilled to have Mary again for another cleaning.

We’ve had a great experience with MaidPro. Jessica White does a great job and she’s become a family friend. I can’t recommend MaidPro and Jessica, specifically, enough.

And it’s easy to add extra services or pause when you don’t need a clean. With no extra costs they even bring their own cleaning tools and solutions which aren’t harsh or abrasive. I am very pleased with services. The best in Birmingham.

MaidPro is the best! They have a new online account/website that allows me to plan for all my upcoming scheduled cleanings. This allows me to be prepared and reschedule in advance if needed. My assigned Pro, Shelby C., is always so kind, respectful, and makes my home sparkly clean!
