Reviews of local pros in Pelham, Alabama

Called to set an appointment to have my driveway & sidewalks, pressure washed by I Need Pressure Washing. The weather wasn't cooperating as rain was on the way. Richard's team arrived on time provided efficient and professional service. Excellent service & results. I recommend this company with a 5 star rating.

Richard and Austin came within 24 hrs of my request and did a phenomenal job of pressure washing my drive way and side walks. I was very pleased by their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality service. I highly recommend!

Great service provided by Richard, the owner, and Jeff, who cleaned our driveway. Both are professional, courteous and good communicators. We received a very reasonable estimate, and the work was completed as scheduled. The results were exceptional, and I would recommend I Need Pressure Washing without reservation. Thanks for a great job!

My home including driveway, retaining wall, deck looks fantastic after Richard with I Need Pressure Washing completed the work! Richard was on time, explained what he was going to accomplish...and kept his promise. I found I Need Pressure Washing on the BBB site where Richard has been a member since 1998 with a ranking of A+. My house looks like new!!

Richard, the owner of the company called me back immediately and was extremely professional. Every response ended with a "sir". I explained to him my cleaning needs and he confidently told me he could handle them and I would be amazed with the difference. Before I called, I looked at his website and was blown away by the before-after photos he has posted. I was also impressed by his A+ BBB record and his 45 reviews on Angie's List that were all A grade perfect. He told me that those results are very common and was confident he could do the same for me. Let me just say, this company is amazing! I was ready to tear down my deck but now it looks better than new. My house was covered in mildew and spider webs and now my home looks as if it has been repainted. The windows are bug free and look as if they were hand washed. He reluctantly talked me into cleaning my drive way. He promised if I was not 100% satisfied, it would be free. As much as I wanted a free cleaning I could not hide my enthusiasm when I walked out and saw the difference. My concrete was actually bright white and not mildew black. I am not sure what looks best, because it all looks amazing. Use this company and you will not be disappointed.

Tried using store bought 2000 psi pressure washer to wash 2-story home this past weekend in vain (couldn't reach high enough). Called Richard on Monday morning, the crew promptly showed up Monday afternoon. Did a great job, washed entire house for reasonable price, had mildew spots on front of house that are gone...house looks great! Crew was professional/courteous which was appreciated. Highly recommend!

Richard responded quickly to my phone call and gave me an estimate the next day which was extremely reasonable and fair. The crew came out the next week and made my driveway and fence look brand new again. I was shocked at the difference and could not believe that they did at such a wonderful price. Do not hesitate to call I Need Pressure Washing, they are the real deal and greatly exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic! Got the whole house done to prepare for painting, no longer needs painting! (sadly my wife disagrees as she hates the color..)
Driveway and paths look like freshly poured concrete.
Asked them to leave the deck as it was fit to be scrapped and rebuilt, washed a small area to show me what was under the dirt, now I don't need a new deck!
Richard and crew are courteous, timely and do a fabulous job at a great price.
Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I highly recommend Richard and his team at I Need Pressure Washing. Richard was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He had a crew at our house within 24 hours of my original call and the results were fantastic at a great price!

Richard has pressure washed my house, garage, drive and patio every year for approximately 6 years. I always have neighbors comment on how great my house looks afterward--like it's just been freshly painted! Richard is trustworthy, meticulous, and very friendly. If you need pressure washing, I highly recommend Richard.

fantastic service amazing pricing my house never look cleaner I never thought it could look this good. Use Richard and you will not be disappointed. In today's business world it is hard to find a company that is built on integrity. Richard is passionate about being the best and making your home look the best. Anyone would be insane not to use this amazing company!

The team did an amazing job on cleaning both my deck and concrete!!! We were planning to have only the concrete cleaned, but Richard the owner suggested we also have the deck done. The end results of both exceeded our expectations !!! The team was timely and professional.
Thanks to Richard and the crew for job well done !!!

This company cleaned my house in Chelsea and they were outstanding. I recommend them to all my friends. Hard to find local vendors who actually show up on time, do good work AND keep their promises, but this is one of them. Honestly, its probably the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. And the before and after thing will floor you, my house has vinyl siding and had green gunk growing on the one side and after Richard cleaned up it looks brand new. 5 stars.

What an amazing company, Richard and his crew absolutely transformed my house, driveway, deck and curbing. They had the most 5-star ratings on Google and after speaking with Richard on the phone I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that this would be the company I was going to use. My house looks brand new and everytime I pull up on the driveway I am amazed at the difference. Don't hesitate to use I need pressure washing. Com, because they are the absolute best.

We use this company for all of our pressure washing needs around town and they are great! Richard offers great customer service and is extremely responsive and pleasant to work with. We have had situations where we needed pressure washing that day or the next day and he made it happen for us. Richard's work is A+ and we have never had any issues whatsoever. I highly recommend using him for projects both big and small; He can handle anything!

This is at least my third time using Richard. He is fantastic and his work is second to none. I’ve used him before on my home and this time I used him for a commercial project. We discussed what I wanted and Richard did more than I asked and only charged me the agreed amount. He cares about his work and I will continue to use him for all my residential and commercial work. I was not in town when he did the project but I knew there was no worry. When I got back in town the project was perfect as expected. Very good company and do very good work. Highly recommend.

Richard and his crew pressure washed our entire property and it looks like new. The house, the concrete, the pathways, the pool decks, sidewalks, outdoor furniture and fire pit area came perfectly clean. Richard pays attention to details and makes sure everything is done properly. The property is huge and the job was over $1000, but the price was extremely fair for the hard amount of work put in. He is great with communication and even cleaned a few extra things I didn’t notice. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone needing anything cleaned or pressure washed. We are so happy we called I Need Pressure Washing!

Richard and his crew have cleaned my home and business for years and their eye for detail is second to none. My home and concrete always look brand new when they leave and my neighbors use him now as well. Don't hesitate to call I Need Pressure Washing, they are the very best!! Their pricing is great as well.

Richard and his helpers did a really great job on our house, sidewalks, driveway and back deck. Everything was brilliantly clean when they were finished; we were very impressed. They also went the extra mile, to clean our deck furniture, which we had not asked them to do. They are trustworthy and excellent!

I called Richard at I Need Pressure Washing after a good friend highly recommended his company. He found him on Angie's List and could not sing his praises enough. After confirmnig his A+ BBB rating I gave him a call. Richard was very professional from the start and was able to quote an extremely reasonable price over the phone. After speaking with him I was confident he was the man for the job. I live on Smith Lake and mildew, webs, dirt and algae are a constant problem. Richard was 15 minutes early and got right to the job. He also gave me a great price on my driveway and patio. When the job was completed, Richard knocked on the door and asked me to walk the property to insure my complete satisfaction. To say I was satisfied would be a great understatement. I was absolutely amazed how great my home, driveway and patio looked. I never knew the original color of my concrete was so white. The house looks as if it has just been repainted. The bugs and webs are gone and the windows are dust free and shining. I am still blown away every night when I pull up to the house at how great everything looks. Use this company and don't look back.
