Reviews of local pros in Pelham, Alabama

I’m new to the area so googled for power washers and “I Need Pressure Washing” was 1st to pop up made a call on Saturday got an answer immediately that someone would be in touch.. within 10 min Richard responded and said he was out of town but if ok would call me Monday..He pulled up our address looked at the areas I wanted done and quoted me a great price . They came the following week and did an excellent job on our sidewalks, driveway, patio, pool area and fence area that is seen by the street. When then arrived he introduced himself and his workers, they were very thorough in all they did and asked for our approval when they completed. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Richard and his crew are the real deal. My job was completed in June 2019. Immediately upon inquiry, I spoke to Richard and could tell that he knew what he was talking about and was legit. He came out almost immediately and gave a very honest and detailed estimate and made some very helpful suggestions. They pressure washed both driveways, some areas of the house, back patio and everything else that needed it. Here is the reason they have my highest and best recommendation - I needed Richard to clean some streaking off the gutters - he was very honest and told me what he thought he could do and told me that it might not work. In the end, it worked perfectly and the gutters are almost good as new. Also, the crew came back a 2nd day and I could tell that maybe the job was larger than first anticipated so I asked Richard to bill me more and he wouldn’t do it - he stood by his estimate and that means a lot. I ended up adding some money to what I paid because he is the kind of business owner that goes above and beyond to satisfy and is a man of his word. I love paying honest professionals for great work - you won’t go wrong choosing Richard and I Need Pressuring Washing. Enjoy your clean, like-new, pressure-washed areas - I know we are enjoying ours!!!

Richard and his crew did a terrific job. Great communication, fair price, and excellent work. They cleaned my pool deck, wood decks and pergola, and driveway, and it all looks fantastic. This is their third year cleaning for us and they have always done a great job.

Richard arrive to my home as scheduled, with very professional equipment. We walked around my home together and he got to work. He throughly cleaned the algae and dirt from my house, cleaned the brick around my foundation, and restored the beauty of my 100 year old home.

I would highly recommend Richard and his company. His prices are fair and the results were outstanding.

Absolutely phenomenal! Richard has cleaned our property multiple times for many years. It always looks so clean and fresh when they are done! Always makes my spring/summer to have everything looking so nice! Crew is always so courteous and professional. What used to take me days, only takes them a day!! They are prompt and reliable! Would highly recommend!!

Richard did a wonderful job on my house. I was in the process of selling when he pressure washed my home and the surrounding concrete. It looked so bright and clean it appeared as though a spotlight was on it when you drove into my neighborhood. My house sold very quickly. I have recommended him to others since he did this job for me. Everyone has been pleased.

Richard is the BEST!!! He has the best equipment and does a phenomenal job. I was more than pleased with my back patio - he made it look brand new! And the side of my house looks 1,000 times better. He also did my front porch and steps because they needed it but didn’t charge me for it! He goes the extra mile and is definitely who you should use.

The crew came out to pressure wash my dad's business and did a phenomenal job. I was happy with the communication I got from Richard, he would respond very quickly and gave me a great price. My dad could not stop talking about how the crew just went above and beyond with the job. Not only did they pressure wash the parking lot, but they cleaned underneath the windows, the gutters, and a few other spots, without us even asking for that. Just amazing!

Richard did an excellent job cleaning my driveway.

Richard and his team were GREAT. I thought the price very fair and they did a GREAT job and reached all the high places while cleaning the brick. They treated my old deck with such respect and it looks great. The sidewalks and driveways look brand new! I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Richard!!!

I had this company pressure wash my house, deck, driveway, sidewalk and brick retaining wall today (they also did the same thing for me in 2017 and 2019). The price was reasonable, and I thought the quality of work was outstanding. Richard (the owner) is a super nice guy to do business with. I highly recommend this company!

Richard and Brooke make all of the difference. Great people who do a great job!

Fantastic job, great communication, and everything looks so much better. Easy recommendation.

Richard has cleaned our home and pool patio for the last 10 years and does an amazing job. It always looks fantastic and he goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

Richard came out and fixed what was not cleaned correctly the first time. Richard came and cleaned our out side awning and made them look brand new

I am beyond pleased!!! Very professional and finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!

Did a fantastic job on our house and driveway. Would definitely recommend for use on whatever you may need.

My neighbor has been using Richard and his team for over 15 years and been very satisfied. They just finished cleaning my driveway which is pea gravel and on a steep grade....outstanding job. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Richard and his guys are fantastic. I’ve used them exclusively for years and am still surprised every time at how thorough they are and how much pride they take in their work. One time a few years ago I booked somebody through Groupon trying to save a few bucks. I was so disappointed in the result and in the fine print BS I had to deal with that I went back to Richard and haven’t looked elsewhere since. It is so rare these days to find a company that delivers what they promise, but Richard does that and then some.

Richard and his team went above and beyond what the original job was supposed to be. I got great value for my money. I would not recommend anyone else. Let Richard and his teammates take care of you and you will be thoroughly impressed and satisfied. Oh and my driveway and sidewalk and even the pavers in my yard have never looked better! This company rocks… thanks Richard!

They did a fantastic job in my driveway it looks brand new, they were extremely professional and worked in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
