The dual capacitor went out on our A/C unit and on a whim I called River Region Heating and Cooling after hours. I couldn’t have been more pleased when Gage came right out and fixed it for us. Austin came out to check on our frozen outdoor unit. Total professional! Found out I was down a pound of Freon and informed me about the whole process. Recommend this form to anyone!

Overall I had "cool" experience once all the issues were addressed and resolved. In July, if your AC isn't working...all you want is Cool & Comfort! Office staff and technicians were pleasant to work with and the repairs returned my home to the cool happy place!

Great experience from the start. Dustin was able to come to my house the same day I called to diagnose my problem and they were able to come the next day for the repair. He explained the functions, operations, and maintenance required to operate my mothers new ductless AC unit to her and also was under half the price that I was quoted by other companies.
