Dustin was great! He explained what he would do, worked very efficiently, took pictures of the interior system as he worked so I could see what he had done, and suggested how to best plan future maintenance. I’ve already marked my calendar for the next time to call. Excellent service, excellent price, very pleased.

I contacted River Region to inquire about getting an estimate on a new heating and cooling system. Matthew came the next day to do an accessment and give me a free estimate on a new systems. He was professional, polite, thorough and took his time explaining the different options I had in choosing a new system. I highly recommend River Region Heating and Cooling and really appreciate Matthew for being very kind and courteous.

Derek did an amazing job! He was able to come out early, was very professional, didn't make a mess and fixed it within an hour or two! And the price!!!!!!! When I tell you I was expecting to pay double what I was charged! I have their number saved not only in my contacts BUT in my favorites! This is the company, ya'll!!!

This was our second time calling River Region Heating & Cooling for a consultation after my husband and I decided to explore relocating our ductwork from under the house to the attic. Scheduling an appointment for the next day was easy, and unlike other companies we’ve contacted, River Region honored their promotion of a free consultation—while others often charge $50–$90 just to come out. Travis was prompt, professional, and took the time to sit down with us, thoroughly addressing all 40+ questions I prepared in writing. We left the consultation with a clear understanding of the scope of work, potential issues, and available financing options.

This is like our second or third time having to call River region out for our split unit in the last couple years. Every time they send someone they do an awesome job Dustin come out today and we appreciate everything he done for us. Really nice guy really respectful Thank you guys for all y’all do.
