We used Haul It Off for port a potty rentals. They were so clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We used Haul it off services during hurricane season and they were God sent. Our yard looked terrible and it would have taken days to clear out without them. They were on their game from the very start. They responded quickly and got an appointment set up asap. We weren't waiting around on them. They were on time and very professional. I HIGHLY recommend their services and will definitely be calling them and then only if I ever need to again.

Called and schedule a porta potty yesterday. They lied told me they were going to send an unit out this morning but never showed up. I called 4xs never answered so I called from a different number and she answered! She stated never talked to me, never gave a price yesterday, and didn't have me on schedule. I advise her of the whole conversation yesterday. I kinda figured she wasnt taking my info down because she kept saying ok ok ok. She said she never got a call from me and hung up! I tried calling back from my original number and now my number is blocked. I would not EVER recommend this company to anyone!

I currently use Haul It Off for my construction dumpster rentals, and their service has been excellent. Deliveries and pickups are always timely, and the process is hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable dumpster services.

Update as of 2/14/2024: They claim (via reply to my review) to have called me back and left a voicemail. My call record shows no calls from them, and my voicemail box is empty. They also claim they found no evidence of tire impressions, so I decided to upload some pictures to prove that they didn't even look or aren't being honest. If Google allowed for large uploads, I'd also post the video I have of their truck driving in my yard. I am no longer interested in getting a response from them and will not acknowledge any attempts to respond. Nothing they have to say from here on will change my opinion or review since they clearly have no interest in even just saying sorry. I wasn't looking for anything but a simple "sorry, we won't do it again," but I guess that's just asking too much from some people.

They damaged my house and lawn. This company is servicing my neighbor, and their driver decided to drive onto my lawn, tearing up my grass, slinging a rock through my window, and running over my water main in the process. I contacted the company and they assured me I'd get a call back from the owner, but I never did. If I could give zero stars to this shady company, I would.

They keep forgetting to do my backyard. Thus us the second time I have had to call them out because they forgot. When a man finally came he couldn’t put his cellphone down to do my yard properly. I’m totally disappointed!! Going to look other places.

Cody did a fabulous job for us. He took his time and sprayed for weeds in my lawn especially around the edges of my flower beds. Other companies have told me they cant get this close but he did. My lawn as a whole looks great and I'm glad Cody is my regular lawn guy.

W have used TruGreen for years. We have never had the weeds controlled. This year our back yard will need to be re-sodded due to total brown dead grass - dead to the roots!

Very attentive to detail. The lawn never looked better this time of year. Nick their tree and shrub teĉh offered suggestions regarding a number of shrubs that will save them so I won't have to replace. All their service technicians, and office personnel are courtesy and take time to answer questions and offer advice. They never appear to be in a hurry to get away. I regard them all as very professional and recommend them highly.

Highly recommend! I’ve only had 2 applications so far, but I can already tell a huge difference! My grass is so much greener with next to no weeds left in it! I have always done my own yard when it comes to weed control and fertilizer, but choosing to have Trugreen come out and take over was the best decision I’ve made in terms of my yard.

We're five year customers. Up until January 2023, we would have highly recommended their services. We prepaid for the year and are currently 3 weeks overdue for service. We have been canceled and rescheduled four times in the past two weeks. Each time we call the number there is a different excuse. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable service at both the local and corporate office, both of which have successfully managed to leave unresolved. Formerly happy customer who no longer recommends.

We had TruGreen servicing our lawn for 3 years in South Carolina and got amazing results so when we moved to Alabama contacting and having TruGreen do our lawn servicing was a no brainer. The technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious about making sure our lawn is maintained and kept looking the best it can.

The technicians from True Green are always nice and respectful!! My yard looks so much better since I hired True Green!!!

Absolutely no change in the color or thickness in my lawn, one visit did not even involve fertilizer, only weed control and the next visit was to be for “chinch bugs” not fertilizer. One application of fertilizer in 4 visits? AlI customer service is handled out of state, not locally like it used to be. I will not use Trugreen again
