Is it really necessary to go door knocking continuously? Getting rude notes on our door about the appearance of our yard. To top it off had a lady from TruGreen knock on my door this morning, when I answered I had my newborn in one arm the other trying to keep my large dog from getting out and she proceeds to ask me what we plan to do eith our yard...

Not interested, if I was I'd contact someone. No need to continuously harass us for dry patches.

Bottom line: You want to use Randy's TruGreen!! There really is not enough time or space for me to adequately express how awesome Randy's company is. From the start, they came out and explained in great detail what was needed and how they could fulfill that need. They were always on-time and would give me a call about an hour before they arrived so I could ensure the full yard was available. They were more than happy to come in outside the scheduled times and perform additional service if the lawn required it.
They were not looking for a quick dollar and attempt to up-sell you on more services. They were only looking to provide excellent customer service and they exceeded my expectations in that arena.
I would not hesitate to use them again.If we had more businesses like Randy's TruGreen, bad customer service would be a thing of the past.

I had a conversation concerning issues with my lawn not doing well and discussed it and agreed to take a soil sample to see if there were any issues will have to wait for results. Did a good job on doing the yard.

Great chemical but their staff needs additional training about how close they should get. Also, NOTHING FLOWS FROM THE PHONE REP TO THE SPECIALIST!

I originally contracted with TruGreen via the lawn service I used at the time. I've recently switched to being a regular direct customer. The switch over was quick and painless. The office staff was very helpful and efficient. The technicians that provide my treatments are likewise professional and the results are outstanding.

I have worked with. Several lawn companies since purchasing my home in Malbis. TruGreen by far the best i have dealt with. Provide excellent service and make my yard shine. My service tech, sorry I'm bad with names, is the most professional and courteous person to work with. I highly recommend TruGreen for all yard and lawn care.

Had Trugreen for about a year and left them because they were unresponsive once they went corporate and were no longer local. Went back to them about two to three months ago because they called and promised that they were changing policies and I would be able to get ahold of someone local anytime I needed to. They gave me a cellphone number I could call if and when I had any questions or concerns, conveniently that phone now goes straight to voicemail. Was promised a soil analysis, not done. Promised open communication, not happening. If they didn't get me to pay for a whole year, I would be canceling right now. I should of stayed with the company I found who were local and actually cared about their customers and community.

We downsized and wanted less yard work , smaller flower beds, etc. We found exactly that. However, keeping our smaller lawn healthy-a beautiful carpet of thick green grass-free of weeds, insects/applying fertilizer, nutrients...still took a lot of work . We decided to call TruGreen. Was one of the the smartest things we ever did! They are experts in lawn care & do a wonderful job. In fact, neighbors began asking what we were doing -told them to call TruGreen and now they have lawns to be proud of too. They provide services according to your individual needs and budget!! You don’t have to be at home- they leave you a TruGreen tag on your door stating what they did. AND, if you need them or have a concern, just a quick call and it’s handled. TruGreen has maintained our lawn for 4 years... we know how great they are!! We look forward to weekends now..NO YARD WORK... more time with family & friends ..THANKS to TRU-GREEN!!

TruGreen has done an excellent job keeping my new lawn in good condition. They are prompt to respond to any requests and their technicians are always friendly and informative on what we need to do to keep it that way. Only improvement would be a discount for seniors to help lower costs.

We have been so happy with TruGreen. Jay has been servicing our yard for 7 years. It looks beautiful and we are constantly getting asked what we do to keep such a gorgeous yard. We always reply, it’s TruGreen. They are experts in the field and we could not be more thankful to have them to keep our yard looking gorgeous, year after year.

I’ve used TruGreen fertilizer service for several years for my lawn, we recently parted ways, because my lawn looks horrible, and they have down little to diagnose and tell me what was needed. I’ve since fertilized myself and it looks better, I’ll be doing soil sampling etc to understand better what’s going on. In short, I’m not sure what I was paying them for, very disappointing, they take your money, but very poor value in my experience. Note they said they would come by and look at the lawn after I left them, they never followed up.

I was somewhat skeptical when I first contacted TruGreen. My yards were not in the best of shape. As time went by I began to see a noticeable improvement. The service technician that took care of my lawn is very nice and professional. He gave me some tips on how to work my lawn between visits, all of which worked as he said they would.

All in all in am very satisfied with the TruGreen service and I intend to continue my relationship with them when the time comes.

Randy our yard tech is great. He is efficient and never misses an inch of grass. He always takes time to explain what treatment is being applied and to make sure I know if I need to water it in. My yard has really improved in the 18 months Tru Green has been treating it. Weeds are almost non existent and the grass is really healthy. Thanks for making my yard look great.

We had monthly service that did nothing and was horrible and I had dead grass everywhere so we cancelled. Got a call saying the whole company was changed and to please try again. We signed up for and paid for a year of service up front with the understanding the last bill of monthly service would be removed. They came for one service and the technician didn’t tell me he was coming, showed up at 7 am and was peering through my front door glass and stumbling like he put whiskey in his cornflakes. Cancelled after that again. Fought for weeks to get a reasonable refund for the paid year long service. Imagine my surprise when I receive a collections bill for the amount they said they were cancelling.

Never again. Never.

THEUS was early, answered all of my questions and even identified a fungus that was also hurting our lawn (which he treated). His boss CHIP was response earlier this week in contacting me about my mole cricket problem and recommending proper treatment. Customer service was able to schedule it this week. Great employees = great service! Thank you, TruGreen.

I signed up with them a few months ago. They are never consistent with their appointments. My 2nd appointment changed 4 times on the app after confirming it. I will be canceling and do not recommend TruGreen.

I called to get service two weeks ago and the person that took the call was very informative and professional. He did not pressure me, he explained in detail the companies offerings and pricing. I accepted a plan and he said they would start the end of the following week. The lawn technician showed up on time and explained exactly was the service entailed and efficiently performed his job. The best part it was so convenient and quick to get it started, looking forward to a long relationship with the company.

First treatment for insects, ground worms, molds, grubs & ants.
Armodillos had been digging up grass, rutting for such & they haven't since spraying, no Armodillos!

We did the 1 year plan and they been out here at least 4 times and i havent seen any improvements whatsoever..when we call we get the same story the same explanations and the same it takes 14 days if you dont see any improvement call us back..ive done this 3 times..still no resolutions to our problems...waiting for a aeration to ɓe done,we see how that goes..
