Wesley was professional, kind and quick to diagnose and order the necessary part. They were very reasonable for the cost of the repair. Won’t hesitate to use for any additional repairs and will be signing up for a yearly preventative maintenance plan.

I got home from work at 5:15, realized my AC wasn’t cooling, made a post on Facebook asking for recommendations for a reasonable AC repair person. Several people commented Mr. Harrell! I messaged him and he replied within 10 minutes, said he would come on out. He was here within 30 minutes and had my AC repaired within 20 minutes after getting here. My AC was back up and running by 6:30! HIGHLY recommend him! I would have NOT been a happy camper if I had to sleep in a hot house tonight! :P

We recently bought an older home and wanted to have our AC unit checked to make sure it was running properly before the heat of summer. I was very happy with the customer service. Not only did Mr. Harrell provide the service I requested, but he looked over our home and gave suggestions for making it run more efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing company!! I was having issues with my ac unit leaking into my house and they were at my house within 30 minutes, fixed the problem, and were on their way!

I can't believe this so call business is still calling itself a business. We had a heat pump put in [note; put in, not installed!) at the new house we had built in May 2022.
Apparently they don't know how to install a heat pump, nor do they stand by the work they supposedly do. It has never worked, we have called them numerous times, In fact the first time we called a month after moving in they acted like they didn't know us after paying them $13,000 for equipment that didn't work. Then they said we still owed them $3000, we paid the $3000 again that we had paid to the builder so we could in the 105 temp.
My Point is STAY AWAY FROM HARRELLs.
We finally got someone out to look out what was going on, only to find out the the electrical part was not hooked up to the main fuse box and the thermostat was not properly installed!! Harrell , you need to find another job!!!!
