I would highly recommend this business. They have installed a unit not only for my home, but for my mother's and my brother's. They repaired the old ones for us until we got the new ones. They were quick, reliable, and good value. We haven't had a minute's trouble with any unit since they installed them. Great, service, Great family, and and good Christian people.

Amazing service!! AC went out at 8pm, called them at 9pm, they had it fixed by 1pm the next day! Unbeatable price and super polite! 100% recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

Was asked to let me no what he found before working on my unit and they didn't and put parts on and didn't fix my a/c . Charged me $410.00 Was very rude to me. Kept telling me they have a 5
star rating..Willl never use them again. Still had to pay someone else to fix my a/c.

They replaced a unit that failed entirely, and then when lightning struck, Zach came out late night and tried to get it running, ultimately it did, and then Zach, Skylar and Wes himself came out and made sure it went back up to full function while we waited on new parts.

Too many companies out this way want money first, and work later. NOT these boys.

If I’m ever riding down the road and see Skylar on the side of the road in a fight with a bear, well… I would have to pull off the side of the road and jump in and help the bear. Skylar is awesome! We called with an AC issue. We expected a day or two response. Mr. Harrell came within a few hours and fixed it. He also put in our AC unit brand new years ago.

Fantastic service, great people, Zack was our HVAC tech he was amazing. He was organized, he communicated if we ran into hiccups, and very professional. If Zack comes to your house or business you’re getting exceptional service. Harrell’s overall was a 10/10 experience. I ran into 2 problems, no fault of theirs, and they worked with me to fix and were very easy to work with! I recommend them 100 out of 100 times.

Great service, came out on a weekend, to diagnose problem with unit, had me back going quickly, the price for the repair was exceedingly reasonable.

I highly recommend their services. We live out of town but have needed a lot of maintenance and repair to the A/C in a rental home in Troy and they always get the job done right. The best thing is that they reply quickly when called and get to you asap.

The guys were great! We had some extenuating circumstances that came up with the house, requiring them to come out a few times but they were very fast to respond and they worked very hard to get everything just right! We're thrilled with this company and plan on using them again on another project.

We called Harold on a Sunday. He answered the phone right away and came right out. He quickly fixed our air conditioner. He's very polite and what he charged was very reasonable. We will definately use him for all of our air conditioning needs.

Not very reliable, called on Sunday night was told someone would be out that Monday morning took 4days(Thursday)before person came to check/fix.not sure about pricing my bill was 400 ,I had to have fan. I have requested invoice ( recipient not readable) no response yet.not sure why wire were left out .will not use again

Harrells heating and cooling is always quickly responsive whenever we have problems- even coming at night and on Sundays if necessary. They are very transparent in their billing practices, and stand behind their work.

Harrell’s is the best in the business! Very competitive pricing. They always make time to come out, even if it is after hours or weekends. I run an animal rescue so some of my dogs can be a little difficult, but they always find a way to work around them. I have used them several times with issues with my ac and it has always been fixed the same day within hours. If you haven’t ever had your ac cleaned, I highly recommend it. They will have it looking like a new unit! And I have to take a minute to speak about Skylar. He is the tech that came out today and he was absolutely great to work with. Very knowledgeable and did his best to help as much as he could. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

I moved to Troy over a year ago, brought a home that need a lot of work. Shortly after I moved in the AC failed, Harrell was there within a few hours, and the house was cool, since then I have called a number of times, he has never failed to fix the problem. I needed other repairs, I call Harrell again he called back and gave me the name and number of other connectors, all with the same quality of professionalism as Harrell.
