We ran out of Freon and our line froze up. We called Patriot Heating & Cooling at 7:15 and they and they were here within an hour. Our AC unit quit on a day when the heat index was 106. The AC person we had always used has retired so I searched online. I called Wallace. Within a few hours he and his son were there. They fixed the problem in sweltering heat and the price was very reasonable. He offers a military discount which was also great. Thank you, Wallace, for your military service and for getting us cooled down so quickly.

A couple of years later and Wallace to the rescue once again. Our heat pump went out, I called Wallace. He came that day and installed the system within a week - during Christmas week! Fair pricing. It’s working great! Can’t go wrong with this business.

I found this company online and live in a VERY small town. My AC was not cooling at all and I called around 8 AM. The technician answered and said he could be there around 11 (miraculously). Approximately 11:15-11:30 he was in my driveway. Had the issue fixed in less than an hour and gave, what I believe, was solid advice on keeping the system running until it’s absolutely necessary to replace. I wasn’t hike and he was great about calling and explaining my issues and I could pay via phone. EXCELLLENT service. In this day and time that extremely rare! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needed AC services.

Aaron and Joey did an absolutely fantastic job of removing our old equipment and installing the new air handler in the attic and the new condenser unit outside. Absolutely great service! Friendly and efficient! He was able to come look at our AC unit the day I called, and he had it totally operational in under an hour! The service charge was completely reasonable, and we will have heat for the winter! My family and I will definitely be calling Patriot HC if we have any future needs!

I had very bad experience with this dealer. I had a new unit installed in July 2024. After the installation, the gentleman said he would fill out the warranty paperwork so I can the 10 year warranty and drop it the next week. He never showed up. I didn't pay much attention at the time and thought he was busy and forgot to drop the paperwork and did not realize this is when the problems started. Fast forward to late November. There were a few days it was really cold, particularly in the night. The heat didn't work. I called him and told him about the problem. He came over and said it was a faulty thermostat. He changed the thermostat but the problem didn't go away. I called the next day and he would either not answer the phone or texted me with excuse of family emergency and would have to be out of the town. I finally got hold of him calling from my office number and asked him why he didn't answer the phone. He said he needed to order a part and it took some time. He said that part would arrive in a couple days and he would come over and fix the unit on Dec 11, Wednesday, after lunch time. I waited for him to call me on Dec 11 all morning and finally called him from my office phone at around noon. I asked him if he had the parts and he said not yet. At that time I suggested we do it on Friday Dec 13 so I didn't have to wait for him on Wednesday not knowing when he would have the parts. He agreed and said he would come over on Friday, Dec 13 in the morning around 8:30. I arranged to have my work taken care of and took the morning off on Friday to wait for him. He never showed up. I had to find the manufacturer's information on the unit and sent them an email for help. The manufacturer emailed me back with another dealer's information and asked me to contact them. In addition, the manufacturer emailed me my warranty paperwork with only 5 year on it. I asked why it wasn't 10 year as I was told by the Patriot Heating and Cooling and was told because they never filed my warranty paperwork and 10 year only applied if the paperwork was filed on time. I called the other dealer and they quickly sent someone over to take a look. Upon inspection, they told me that the Patriot Heating and Cooling did not install the heat strip, an accessory that needed to be installed in the first place and that was what caused all the problems. I honestly didn't understand how this company had so many good reviews in the past but in my experience, the owner is very irresponsible and dishonest.

I had the service guy come by to check my unit. He discovered the problem and said he would be here Friday morning. I did not hear from him. His phone was on a unit snd it got fried. I know something had to have happened. He has a new phone and is working to get his contacts back.
i just spoke with him and he is coming tomorrow morning.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from Patriot Heating and Cooling. My AC was out, and there were several components that needed to be replaced. While waiting on the parts to come in, they didn't leave me stuck with the heat, they provided a small indoor AC unit for me to use temporarily! After several visits and a lot of work done, I was pleased with the fair price I was charged. It's hard to find local tradesmen that offer great expertise and value together, which is why I'm so impressed with the service I received. I will absolutely recommend Patriot Heating and Cooling to any friends that need HVAC work done.
