I have called Trinity for several things and they have been prompt and professional and they make sure you are satisfied with their work. My son in law told me about them and he was right!

Charged me 842.00 for a swap out of ceiling fixture boxes for lights and I had to get someone else to do it right. They sent out a kid, by himself to do the jopb. Should have done it myself and I do not know how to do that either

Trinity Contractors came out to my house when my heater stopped working. They were very professional and resolved the issue in a very short amount of time. I will use them again.

We called a technician out on yesterday for my 87 years old father heater and they charged him 110.00 with no results. I asked the technician how long would it take for the house to heat up he said a while by it being cold outside but I’m not thinking 24hours. Please come fix my fathers heat please!!!!!!

Terrible service. I talked to three people about doing duct work, was hung up on once, and the third time never called back after leaving my name and number.

Called them to perform a job and emailed Cary the paperwork that he asked me to send him. He never came out to see the house nor did he return my calls. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Changed un necessary changes like his vehicle oil change tire and travel time which is 4 times more than government charges anything about me .did not seem to have rights tool to find leaks inside wall end up making 4 holes in my wall

I called Trinity Service Dept. for a second opinion following my semi-annual HVAC service by another HVAC company. Their tech told me I had a severe problem with bacteria in the ductwork in my attic and that it would cost about $5k to rectify. Doug King came out and checked out my attic/ductwork and told me I do not have any such problem, that my ductwork is very clean. He even took/gave me pictures that I could show the other HVAC company to report their tech. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and saved me from being taken advantage of by another company. Doug King rocks! I will be using Trinity Contractors for future HVAC service as they earned my trust.

The major home remodel they did for us was amazing. The work they do is mostly outstanding, though it seemed to have many unnecessary delays. There were some mistakes, but our project manager, Brandon, was anxious to complete the job to our satisfaction so the problems were addressed and corrected.

Soooo I had a trinity tech. Come and look the air ducts in my finished basement because they were sweating and staining my drop ceiling tiles. The tech was very friendly and somewhat helpful as to a possible solution. He was supposed to get with his supervisor and work up a quote to do the job. I didn't hear back from anyone for almost 2 weeks and that was only because I kept having to call to talk to someone until I finally lost my patience and made a scene on the phone with the poor girl who answered. The guy finally called me back apologized for not calling me back and said it was because they were coming up with a solution...( to which I thought we already had). We talked and came up with another solution and I asked for a price for that.... again haven't heard from him until I had to call.... still haven't gotten a quote!!!!! I am a very unhappy customer!!! Do not ever use this company!!!

I bought my units 8 years ago everytime I've had an issue trinity has come out and fix the units under warranty. The manager always called me back and his people are always great to work with. im so happy that I bought fro.a company that stands by what they say . thank you trinity contractors.

Unfortunately over the years I have had my share of plumbing issues at my home and therefore in need of services. Last month Trinity came to my house and did a great job at a really fair price and that alone is enough to use Trinity again, however what impressed me heads above any company I had used in the past is how friendly and professional they all are, from operator to dispatch and service tech's.
Today a month later I need a different plumbing issue resolved and you guessed it, Trinity is on for today.
