Trinity Contractors came out to fix the plumbing in my guest bathroom after I made the mistake of turning off the water supply to the toilet and letting a pipe burst. The guys came out quickly and everything was done in a timely manner. I appreciate that they were friendly and professional and fixed the problem right away. I will be sure to call them next time!

Had a technician by the name of Wesley come to check on a issue with my heating unit. The issue occurred over a weekend and I could not be happier with service Trinity provided. He identified and fixed the issue very promptly and now my heater is running properly again. Outstanding service. Definitely a 5 star company.

We had a breaker go out that supplied power to the AC. Of course it’s the hottest week of the summer so far. Trinity came to the rescue, specifically Ted. He drove from Tuscaloosa to Birmingham to get us running again at 8pm. I highly recommended these guys for whatever electrical work you need!!

From start to finish I was treated with respect and with integrity. They worked with me and my insurance after a very large tree came down on my home and damaged a variety of connected things. They worked with me to help lower my out of pocket costs and hassle. Their workers were polite, gracious to my curious kids who wanted to understand everything going on, and they did very well through a complicated repair job. We are still pleased with their work 2 years later.

Trinity Contractors is AMAZING! We have used them for years for our air conditioning needs. They are very reasonably priced and always do a great job! Trinity is the only company we will have work on our home. We had some plumbing work done in January of this year and some problems arose in early March. The Plumbing Service Manager, Jonathan Humphries, personally came out to our house to address the issue not once, but twice. I could not speak more highly of his professionalism and commitment to service.

My plumbing problem was solved they cleaned the area and left my home very clean. They were very informative. I can't say enough what great job they did. I will not say the company name but they came out to my home and could not solve my plumbing problem but then I called Trinity Contractors and they were able to solve my plumbing problem instantly. Y’all hire some real douchbags as drivers. 10+ miles down the interstate of him camped out in the left lane holding up traffic. Then when someone tries to pass him he speeds up to 85+ to block them. Brake light is burned out and gotta be the dirtiest company van I’ve seen in a while.

We had a great and transparent experience dealing with Trinity Contractors! They replaced a 6 gang meter box and HVAC/Hot Water Heater system. We will definitely be doing future business with Trinity Contractors!!

I couldn't even get to the point of getting serviced because the secretary that answered the phone was both rude and bothered by my inquiry. In a struggling economy, where there is much competition, you may want to ensure the people answering your calls are helpful. I was needing a commercial electrician but no thank you.

Only thing is say is maybe a little more communication about pricing before the final bill as they're working so you can approve and plan, especially if working with your own home warranty people for reimbursent but other than that, amazing job and fixed correctly, as usual!
