Brandon is absolutely amazing. He made time to come to my home after normal business hours. Showed my husband and I what needed to be fixed. Gave instructions should it happen again and returned the next day to check on everything. All of this plus text updates on arrival time. Customer service like I have never seen. Highly recommend!

I was told, by another company, that I needed a whole new furnace. The tech came out to do regular A/C maintenance and called "his boss" who came and gave me that bad news and a quote of $14,000. I called around for a second opinion. Praise God, Brandon with Full Force, came and was very prompt, honest and friendly and told me they used a bait and switch tactic. Said everything looks good. Saved me a ton of money. If ever something should really go wrong, I will call him. He is great!

Brandon at Full Force is very professional and trust worthy. We had a very bad experience with a install of a new unit with a small local HVAC company that needed repairs within one year. Brandon came out resolved the issues going over and beyond without bashing the other company after hearing our story. We ended up needing another old unit replaced and went with Brandon after the great service on our first series of calls. Brandon had very competitive pricing and takes pride in his work. He is also very knowledgeable in diagnosing and trouble shooting issues. We have been taken to the cleaners with other HVAC companies and very thankful we found Brandon with Full Force. I know enough about HVAC systems to know when someone is giving us the run around as Brandon was very thorough in explaining our issues with different options and resolutions. I also ended up over paying Brandon and he caught it while doing our invoice. Brandon called explained what he found and personally delivered the difference of the overpayment. Brandon also has reached out to follow up on how the units are running after any work has been completed. I can’t say enough of Brandon’s workmanship, professionalism and ethics. We would highly recommend Brandon and Full Force to all of our family and friends.

Highly recommend! Brandon was there when he said he would be. Once he had the part, the repairs were completed quickly! He even checked with me later to make sure the AC unit was still running properly and to see if I was having any issues other issues. Hopefully I will not need his services again but if I do I know who I’m calling!

We had to replace our 19 year old gas furnace which is located in the attic of our home. Brandon was the perfect choice for this job. Very respectful and thorough with his answers. Brandon came out on a 100-degree Sunday, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time. He took the time to explain what went wrong and showed me how to prevent it from happening again. He was prompt, professional, and personable. I really appreciate that when I call or text, it’s always Brandon who I can expect to show up - not a large company with rotating teams of technicians / salesmen to looking to upcharge me. While fixing my problem, walked me through what he was doing and why. Price and work was fair and honest. Fixed what was broken instead of trying to sell a new unit. I contacted Brandon at Full Force H & C because the pilot light on a vent free heater would not stay lit. I anticipated a costly thermocouple replacement or some such, but Brandon was able to fix the problem fairly quickly with no new parts required. Service was prompt and courteous to boot.

Five stars isn’t enough for Brandon’s services. He was so super nice explained everything couldn’t ask for a better service. Just wonderful experience. I will not use anybody else but him moving forward thanks, Brandon.
