Shout out to Campbell Air Conditioning. We have changed our service agreement to them and have been extremely happy with their work each time they come out. Blair, Tyler and Terry are a pleasure to deal with. They are both affordable and professional. I would recommend them for your heating and air needs.

You guys put in my unit and at first I was extremely satisfied, zero intention on ever using anyone new. But 4 times I've been 2 different things evap coil needs cleaned , there is nothing wrong with unit , I called another ac company and one freon was low and guess what bang we have cold air , for about 3 weeks , had to call again and they say that one a dryer filter was not installed and that mostlikly yall didn't run nitrogen in unit before soldering so now my line is clogged.
800 for the repair ...on a 3 or old unit .. I did ask for the owner to call me but he never has ...so integrity I challenge that clam. Faith based I challenge that as well . Treats everyone like family , well I belive that because family will screw you over real quick ..Just like yall have done me . 139 at a time ... times 3
Just to do a job that don't need done .. to installing my unit wrong costing me 800 from some one else ..that 311+ 245 freon I had to pay 655+800=1455 since June. Thanks Campbell's ac for sticking it to a retired vet , and poor farmer family man real nice and I hope yall sleep good too

The best service ever. They were there within literally minutes. And they got is fixed before it got to be the frozen tundra!

This company sent a technician to my home to replace a thermostat. Each and every time he left out my front door he left the door completely open!

I had to get up from work more than 5 times to close it. Wasps were let in as well.

He turned on my bedroom light which my door was closed! So, how does that even happen?
He went in my room!

He turned on my kitchen light & left debris on the floor!
The thermostat is crooked & barely on the wall!

He was not happy about doing his job!
I do not wish to have him back in my home ever again!

First time working with Campbell. This team is excellent. Showed up on time got to work and completed a complete install of the new HVAC system in the timeframe promised. Would nonstop for lunch, worked through to the finish. Great work ethic and professionalism. I would have them in my home anytime. We like doing business with people like Terry and Hunter, our technicians.

Tylor and Blair were very competent Technicians. Show up on time, installed the A/C unit and tested the new A/C system. Those guys were very professional they clean up the work area, showed respect to the customer ask me did I have any questions and answer my questions before they left my home. Called Mr Campbell to send a technician to check my unit out yesterday and the dispatch called me to schedule a time for the very next day. I got a 30-minute heads up when they were on the way and Tyler was the technician we got. I can't say enough about Tyler and how from start to finish this company handles things. Definitely will recommend them to anyone needing service or new units.

I just recently had an issue with my dual inject heating system not getting any gas. I reached out to a good friend for suggestions and he suggested Campbell. I reached out, and within an hour had Terry come out and double check my gas line in and my heating element, which it ended up being my gas line in. He was in and out in 30 minutes and I had heat back. I can't thank them enough for such a quick response, quick fix and very good pricing for the simple check he did. Thanks again guys!

Campell was able to replace my entire heat and air system Saturday before Christmas. Everyone from the office to the install team was very nice, helpful and professional with the entire process. Would call them back any time without hesitation.

My sister had them come out to replace her entire heat and air conditioning system. She received a few quotes from companies and although Gibson was not the lowest they were the most professional and were willing and able to do the entire job and not leave a whole in the wall to be fixed by another contractor she would have to pay.
I agreed to stay at her home so she would not need to take a day off work and we wanted someone at the house incase there was a problem or questions that they needed to check with us before doing.
The owner showed up a few minutes before the agreed on time which was before his normal business hours because my sister asked if he could start early so I would not have to say there all day. By 9 am he had already removed the old unit and started getting the new unit ready to install. When his employees arrived they immediately came up to me and introduced themselves. The two employees were clean and neatly dressed.
While working they took the time to clean as they went never leaving a mess or tools laying around. I watched the entire crew (owner included) and they all worked very well together and each of them seemed to care about the job as the owner. All would answer any questions I had and were more polite than I can ever get my children to be. I requested some very minor changes to the was a drain line ran and they immediately agreed and said it would not charge the price.
When they were done all their work looked so neat, clean, and organized. They went back with my sister and me both explaining everything they did and why they did it. They went over what she had asked them to do and made sure she was happy with everything. While working he also found a few other things that were not up to code that he fixed to bring everything around the unit up to the latest codes. While the owner was doing all this his employees were cleaning everything they were even near. They vacuumed a carpet that had probably not been vacuumed in a long while and swept out the entire garage.
When it came time to pay he said he already told her the price. My sister asked about any extra costs and the owner explained that he does not believe in changing the price after agreeing to the job and any extra cost that occurs he absorbs.
In my opinion these were some of the very best contractors I have ever been around working in my home or someone else's. All the employees seemed to enjoy their job and the company they worked for. Great job all of you.

First, let me mention that I have never written a review for any company or even a product I've purchased and loved from Amazon but Gipson Heating & Air Conditioning deserves a review. I don't even know where to begin because they are so AMAZING. The owner of this company literally has the key code to my front door because he is so trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to let him babysit my children because he is such a great guy. His staff as well. My story is unique because what started with me calling him out to talk about a duct cleaning turned into my husband and I gutting our entire home for a remodel (for other reasons) and we wanted a brand new system. Shane came out to do a load calculation to help us pick the perfect system. He was so detailed that he climbed into the smallest, most cringy area underneath a stairway landing in my basement. I felt like I was watching the show Fear Factor because you couldn't have paid me to crawl under there!! We sat down at the table and he explained with so much detail the system I needed. What I found to be so funny, is that I have never met a HVAC guy that was so passionate about his work. I thought I was going to have to kick him out because, at one point, I think he started doing algebra equations based on how many windows I have and insulation in the house and whether the sun rises or sets on backside of my roof...LOL.

Anyways, this remodel has taken two years and I don't know how many times he came out to my home to help me before I ever paid him a dime. I have a longer chain of text messages to him than I do to some of my friends. He has just been there to answer every...single...one of my questions. I have a beautiful new HVAC system now, all new ductwork, gas lines for my hot water heater and two fireplaces and an additional ductless, mini split system installed. There is not a better, more skilled, or more honest HVAC company in this area....period!!

We recently had Gipson Heating & AC to our home to conduct a routine maintenance on our HVAC system. The technicians were very knowledgeable, explained all steps thoroughly and did an exceptional job for us in making sure the system was running as it should be. Both technicians were very polite and kindly answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Gipson Heating & AC for all of your HVAC needs.

My heat had been out for a week since thanksgiving. My apartment complex took several days to even respond, and even then their maintenance guy didn't even want to mess with it. These guys came all the way to Huntsville to replace my unit. Not only were they friendly with my whole household, but also considerate and kind enough to fix small things like the wooden support in my closet where the AC unit and water heater set, as well as the thermostat barely hanging in the drywall. They thoroughly made sure heat and air were functioning properly, and even cleaned up after themselves which was probably my favorite part.
