Can’t say enough good things about Joel and his crew. The entire team at TCM including the admin side was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again

Easy to deal with, great communication, very timely, friendly staff on the job and on the office. Second time using them, would use them again should I need it.

They were easy to reach and quick to respond when we had a pipe flood our basement. The service people were friendly and responsive and helped us get everything cleaned even though it had been a very busy week for them. Would definitely use them again.

Joey Severe Estimator came to my condo to check out a repair to my sliding door. Both my tenant and I could not get it on back in track. Joey come over realized it was a very easy fix so he fixed it and did’t even charge us! So amazing and kind! I trust this company to do the right thing!

TCM Recently helped with a water flood at my rental place in Anchorage. They did a great job, very professional, great communication, and had a pleasent staff. A water flood is always a stressful situation, and TCM has a way of putting your mind at ease. TCM is a great company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! I don't normally do this but I would not recommend this company for your restoration needs. Yes, the work was completed correctly in the end so inspections passed and insurance claim happy but these people are just not professional AT ALL. AT ALL! The don't give two darns about your time or property. They broke two things in my house while working here... they were fixed but still. One was a computer monitor. Someone hit my monitor so hard with something, it broke. Nobody told me about it.. I just found it when I got home and complained. Same with the other item that broke. Nobody told me... I found it and had to report it.

There is hardly any communication and what I did get was incorrect alot of the time. I had no clue when people were coming and going.. what was happening on what day, etc. Not to mention things weren't done in the time frame given. I would be told someone was coming in the afternoon but they would show up at 9am. Or "Someone will show up in 10-15minutes" but 45 minutes later they actual did. Only after I pitched a fit did I start getting better communication and understanding of what was going on.

There was also a specific place on the wall that needed to get fixed prior to painting. I reminded them about it several times, but it never got done even though I was told it would be. I ended up patching it myself the night before they got here to paint.

Not to mention the absolute mess they left in my house during and after the work. I live in a 500sqft condo.. its small but they left my living room an absolute disaster every night as if nobody lived here. I had to clean the floors just to be able to walk around. They kept shutting my porch door too so there was zero ventilation in this tiny house. WHY?? Air needs to move! You are using products that smell. You are sanding and smoothing (which got EVERYWHERE) in my house. I don't think they put up any protection to help with the dust. It was a very specific half of my living room... a sheet could have been put up to protect the rest of my house from the mess. There is wall plaster material spilled on my porch door that wasn't cleaned, paint that was spilt on my fireplace and my kitchen sink is a mess! Paint dripped on my kitchen floor they didn't clean up (even though there was no work in the kitchen); they washed something in my sink and didn't clean my sink afterwards. There is paint residue everywhere!

I wish I didn't have to pay them the second half because they don't deserve it. Not to mention it took 83 days to rebuild half my living room ceiling and one wall. 83 days! I sat in a house with no walls, ceiling, open to the outside weather/bugs, no light most the time (until I pitched a fit about that-someone came over to hook it back up), I have had zero privacy in my living room because no shades could be up. All I have is one porch door, wide open for everyone to see 24/7. All this for 83 days! Ridiculous! DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!
    THEY ARE AWFUL!

As a contractor, I have a lot of requests for cleaning after I’m finished painting. TCM is always there. And when there’s damage, TCM is quick and thorough 🙌

May have been a busy season, it took some time to get all of the repairs I needed completed. The craftsmanship was excellent though, and every person on the staff who I spoke with were incredibly friendly, and above and beyond professional.

TCM came to my house and did some work but left their Machines in my house for a very long time and then decided to charge me instead of charging my insurance company. It seems like to me they are just money hungry I wouldn't Suggest to use t m c restoration and cleaning to anybody. Because they will rob u blind.

This is my second time around using TCM Restoration due to a water leak at a different house and I can say that they are communicative throughout the whole process and easy to get ahold of with answering questions which I've had issues with from other companies.

TCM did a great job for my client on a property he had to sell, which unfortunately flooded prior to the sale. TCM was prompt and worked diligently to be sure every detail of the water damage was taken care of. There were a few items after the project had been signed off which they happily came back for and fixed in time for the sale of the property. Alex was patient and professional and was timely on all requests.

TCM was the only mitigation agency available on a weekend when I reached out for water damage help. I am very satisfied with restoration work as well; my new floors look beautiful.

These people are not professionals. They came into my home arguing among themselves. Had to ask them what they was arguing among themselves for. We had a sewage backup and they poorly cleaned up some of the mess. They left a lot of fans running but never gave me a call back with info of when they would be returning to complete the job. I ended up calling the company and they had a mouthful of excuses. Had to call them back to pick up the many fans they had running for days. They ended up charging us $1400 for a worthless job. Will never recommend nor use this company again.

I have known employees of TCM for some time and with the exception of one of them (who is no longer with the company), they have been upstanding and professional. This is a company that clearly cares about their customers and not just making a profit.

I have to say that I have worked with several contractors in Alaska and a common theme is lack of quality, lack of responsiveness and timeliness, lack of communication (it's uncanny how consistent this one is) and a high price tag. I have met only a few that don't fit into that description and TCM is one of them.

I have to say that our experience wasn't ideal by any means. But most of that revolved around the one employee who isn't there anymore. It was unreal how many things went wrong and were overpromised and underdelivered by that one employee. No exaggeration. However, when I spoke to the management and even other employees that I know, they made no excuses, acknowledged what went wrong and went WAY over and beyond what was expected to correct the issues. We understand that we are all human and make mistakes, and it is so refreshing to work with businesses who stand behind their work the way that TCM restoration has. Thank you for taking care of us and we will definitely refer you to our family and friends if they need those services.

One last thing... this was originally an insurance claim and because of their reputation and relationship with insurance adjusters they made it so easy to deal with the insurance company to cover our losses.

As a property manager, having a company like TCM at the ready is critical. They're very involved in the community, ethical, and do great work. I just attended a class they put on regarding insurance that was great and I learned a lot. Would definitely recommend them.

I am very happy with Wes' overseeing of the job, happy with the total job. Wes does an excellent job of relating to clients and managing the job. Thank you, TCM.

Garbage.. I never do this but I was just emailed a bill for -$720 bucks. I had an ice damn outside and the littlest bit of water got behind my wall. All they did was spend 5 seconds with a meter and plug in a fan (using my electricity) and left. Did not let me know I was being charged at all. They didn’t even tell me when they were going to pick it up. They did ZERO restoration work. Just a freaking fan. No holes in the wall, no anything. I had to leave my office multiple times and then wait for them. One day they just walked in, unplugged their fan and left. No work done at all. 720 bucks. I own freaking fans for gods sake! I’m not at all happy with this company and my business has pulled all of their signage and cards from our display and shredded them. No more referrals for them.

Had some questionable drywall that I was not sure if it had mold or not. Had David over who explained to me all my options and was really knowledgeable. He ultimately gave me a few options and made me feel much more confident in my choices and helped lead me to my decision. David also really made an effort to make sure that I knew TCM would be there if and when I needed them.

I needed restoration work done in my crawlspace after a water pipe burst. TCM was very responsive, professional, punctual and knowledgeable. From start to finish, TCM was awesome to work with!
