Had a leaky faucet causing water damage. $200 later and still had a leaky faucet. Burton would not return the money or admit to bad service. Instead the owner stands behind his so called trust worthy plumber who gave us a run for our money and fixed nothing. Charged us for parts that we did not receive. I ended up taking the dang faucet apart myself proving they replaced nothing. I then fixed the faucet myself via 2 trips to Home Depot and $1.50 in parts, and haven't had a problem since.... But I'm still a little upset to have $200 stolen from me by a business who either is crooked or is OK with employing crooks. If you need something done either do it yourself or call someone else. Considering filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Call Burton Repair for my parents. My parents are both retired.Their furnace wasn't working and they had no-heat, outside temperatures were -1 to -10. A Tech keep out in a few hours of my call and made furnace repairs. Thank God for Companies like Burton's. Amazing staff and skillful work...

Great Business! I worked with Kevin to schedule the appointment, then Todd came out to my house and was able to quickly replace a few shingles on my roof that blew off in one of our windstorms this past spring. Quick service, professional people, and very reasonable rates. Highly recommend!! Will keep their information handy for future home-repair projects. Thanks, guys!

Very happy with the service from Burton Repair. First call was to replace a toilet and valve. We liked the work so much, we called back for repair of both garage doors. I was surprised at the variety of problems they repair.
Professional, affordable and reliable service = happy customer. I plan to call again for bath remodel. Highest recommendation. -

DON'T BUY FLOORING WITH INSTALLATION HERE! I've had a really bad experience so far. Mostly delays but customer service is deplorable! I've been sold a bill of goods, told half-truths, lied to and hung up on 4-5 times! Only one of two managers I talked to were straight with me. I'm experiencing a VERY high level of incompetence and delay and I won't even get a call from the installer until now at least 12 days from date of purchase. Try somewhere else or DIY!

Always professional and knowledgeable. Gene has helped us out multiple times and I will always ask for him. He knows the systems very well and has saved us a lot of money on our gas bill without having to upgrade. He will not steer you in the wrong direction.

100/10 would recommend Mountain Mechanical to my friends and family. Quintin did a great job fixing the water heater and installing new water lines at a great price.

These guys are the best. Since we moved into our home 17 years ago, Mountain Mechanical has been our go-to company for all of our plumbing and heating needs. They’re always prompt, polite, and professional, and I never worry about the job being done right. I’ve recommended them many times and will continue to do so.

Mountain Mechanical just completed the big job of replacing all the 70 year old cast iron water pipes in my house. They did an excellent job and finished the job in two days. They problem solved dealing with old pipes and old walls with great skill and kept their sense of humor throughout a sometimes frustrating and challenging remodel. They cleaned up after themselves and walked me through the new system afterwards to make sure I didn't have any questions. I've used MM for several issues over the years including a new boiler and water heater as well as smaller problems and they always do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Would give no stars if I could. Been without heat in below zero conditions and the guy came in saw a few bugs which I am already embarrassed about and left without fixing anything. Guess we don't matter
