As we were preparing to sell our home, noticed our sump pump has stopped working and caused water damage to our home. We are so thankful ServiceMaster was able to come out right away and get it handled. They extracted, setup equipment, and got all the wet insulation out in record time! We are especially grateful for the time they took to explain the process for the repair side and preparing us for the time it would take. Even though they warned us that the repair takes longer do to insurance approvals and estimates, they still updated us and were able to get it back together in time to sell! Great crew, great communication, and wonderful service!

So it all started one night washing machine, decided to explode, and flood my downstairs. I called my insurance around 10 pm, and they sent Service Master out they were at my door by 10:45, and they came in and were very pleasant to work with. Brandon and Thor checked every area and even went into my crawlspace. They sucked up all the water and set up fans and a dehumidifier . The next day they came back and they had talked to my insurance and removed drywall and flooring. They made everything pleasant and communicated over every step. Love these guys they are awesome.

They were great from the very first phone call after we had a pipe leak and water damage. Came out immediately and got things taken care of. Thor and his crew were great! Super knowledgeable and so polite. Communication was excellent. Thor kept in contact and was here at the exact time he said for multiple days. Left no mess even after having to remove drywall and flooring. Would never use anyone else should we have another problem like this.

Roy and his crew at Service Master did an exceptional job dealing with damage to our house. They were quick to respond to our emergency, knowledgeable, and honest. They worked well with our home insurance company, providing all details needed for the claim. They were available whenever we had questions and got back to us right away. We felt that they took exceptional care to clean up our home when cleaning up a water leak. They will be my first call if something like this happens again.

Very very professional from start to finish! I was kept informed in all aspects of the project, there were some delays but ServiceMaster was right on it for every detail. I will have them back every time!!!

They did not come out and do my emergency dried out. They came out and took pictures. When I asked for a quote they didn’t give it to me, they stated they deals with the insurance companies directly. When they found out the insurance company wouldn’t cover my claim, I NEVER received a phone call from them letting me know they would not do my home. They charged my insurance company almost $300 for coming out taking pictures…. Which I sent my insurance company pictures as well. I will NOT recommend this company!!! Communication is so important and this company communication is poor!!! As of today I still haven’t heard back from them!!! Again they DID NOT assist me with NO help at all!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Service Master of Anchorage. I had a plumbing leak which caused significant damage. The assessor came right away to assess the damages. They provided an estimate and Im thankful that I went with them for the water mitigation and reconstructive work. They have a excellent team who completed the work seamlessly. Roy, Thai and Brett along with 2 young workers were professional, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly.

I needed my bathroom repaired and I also decided to bring it out of the 80's. Ryan Roberts worked with me, he met with me so I could pick out the tiles, had me pick out the fixtures I wanted and finished the job in about 21/2 weeks.

Bruce Roberts and his company have completed mold remediation in my condo. They were quick, efficient and very thorough. The area that needed to be remedied, looks great. I would recomnend them for your home repair/remodel needs.

Great work and attention to detail redoing my laundry room connections, including fabricating a dryer vent system in my wall. This included plumbing, and matching my textured paint. We've also used them for carpentry with great results. They do pretty much everything as far as fixing up homes goes.

Ryan Roberts helped my mom out with a new shower remodel after we learned that it had been leaking. He fit us in, in spite of adverse weather, holiday schedules, travel, and other people’s plumbing emergencies. And they did a fantastic job. The only hvac company in Anchorage that had time to help me after calling all of them. I would recommend Burton repair before any other.

Robert sold the business to his brother Kevin Powell in the middle of the restoration of my mobile home after a fire. The support beams they charged to replace under my home, they sprayed with killz. The shed they charged to move and move back is now about to fall down. They stuck a two by four in the ground and nailed a block on the back wall to keep the back wall from collapsing. The door for my hot water heater can't be removed. Enstar had to come out because the gas line for my hot water heater was leaking. And could not get the door open. My porch leans into my home now. After they charged me for 27 hours of work. They actually only worked on the porch for three to four hours. I wish I could post pictures of the things they did and didn't do here. Water froze here last winter every time it got below 11 degrees. When I called them he told me to use a hair dryer. I feel they are very dishonest.
