Such a great company to have work on your house problems. I am a single mom doing what I can to pay my bills with my fulltime job. MY home owners insurance was not being very helpful when my sewage line came loose in my crawl space. The guys at servicemaster swooped right in like super heros and took care of the problem right down to sanitizing my home. I'm so grateful there are still companies out there that care about the little guy!!!!!

The professionals from Service Master responded promptly and were able to quickly clean up the water issue and dry out my space. I was disappointed when they left that there was a big wet spot on the carpet they missed. Must have been where their machine was sitting. Otherwise, they did a good job and I would definitely consider hiring them again in the future.

They are SO helpful in all ways! Malina walked me through the whole process and communicated the whole way through. I will be using them again and recommending to all of ANCHORAGE!

We had a great experience with Service Master when dealing with a leak in a downstairs bathroom that flooded the adjoining bedroom. They were friendly and came out almost right away to do the evaluation and started the clean up the next day. They left the room completely prepped for the repair work. The crew also set up drying fans and de-humidifiers on a Friday, came to check them on Saturday, then removed them on Sunday when the room was dry so we wouldn't have to listen to the fans for longer than necessary. Very friendly, very knowledgeable guys to work with!

Service Masters provided our client with biohazard cleaning so that she would be able to move back into her home. My whole experience working with Roy and other staff, was pleasant, professional and exceeded my expectations. Their team will go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

These guys are awesome. Very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process of fixing a leak in my garage. Usually when it comes to customer service and contractors I'm a bit of a pessimist and critical of their integrity but I will say these guys have been the best I've dealt with. They were accommodating as far as tailoring around my schedule and felt they were honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. hope I don't have to use them again but if something ever needs fixing that's within their work scope, capability and skills, I will definitely return.
