Superlative. As a commercial property owner of multi-family homes I appreciate the ability to come in and get the work done. Thus mitigating loss over extended periods of time and increasing value for each unit and the property as a whole. All of my tenants are happy means I'm happy.

Twins Home Improvement was contracted by the property manager for the house we are renting to fix an issue with our water heater. While the workers always behave politely and professionally, the quality of the work they have performed leaves much to be desired, since nearly 2 months and 8-10 visits by workers from this company later, we're still having the problem they were supposed to have been fixing; we haven't had reliable hot water since Halloween.

On the first visit, in early November, the worker told me he had performed work that a different worker on the second visit informed my husband was impossible, as the part the first worker claimed to have replaced was welded to the water heater. On their most recent visit, on Monday, the worker did something (a different company hired to fix this yesterday couldn't figure out WHAT he'd done) that managed to kill the gas pressure to every appliance in our house EXCEPT the water heater and the furnace, and it turned out that this person was doing work to diagnose a potential gas pressure issue without the proper tools to accurately measure the pressure.

They've managed to waste hours of our time, forced my husband and I to burn 4 days of paid vacation between us, and wasted thousands of dollars of our landlords' money to spend 2 months not fixing the problem. Our gas bill has tripled in those 2 months, since we have to reheat the entire tank of hot water at least once a day after the pilot light inevitably goes out while we're asleep or at work.

I'm not an expert on water heaters or household gas systems by any means, but this is completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope our property manager goes with a different company from here on out.

Worst construction company we used for earthquake repairs in Anchorage.We gave them $3500 as a deposit which they said they would use to go buy the materials and come back and start the work. Two weeks later they finally showed up to start the work!

Original bid was $6850, their work was so atrocious they had to tear out the front steps and completely redo them.

After assuring us, and a neighbor witness, that the rebuild would not cost us a cent, their finish bid was almost $11,000.

We had our attorney write them a letter and send a check for the balance of the original quote. After they received the letter and the check, they came by our house banged on the front door yelled out loud for almost an hour. I called the cops twice, they did not show up for almost an hour, the contractor left after 55 minutes.

My wife called the contractor they argued for almost an hour on the phone. She finally gave up and told them, I’ll pay you $2000 if you will just go away and leave us alone.

Both of our neighbors had seen the horrible work this construction company did on our steps.
The neighbors said they were going to have Twin Home Construction do some work around their house, but after seeing the horrible work they did they said they would not have them step foot on their property.

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!

As a local realtor, I see a lot of work from a variety of contractors. I come across a lot of Twin's Home Improvment's work. It is always nice, clean and working. I have also had clients purchase homes Twin's has renovated. They have always stood by their work. I recommend them.

I see a review below that has a lot of unrelated stress. Out of state owners are at a severe disadvantage and are usually in a position where avoiding short term financial pain, causes permanent financial pain. Do NOT think that having a property manager watching over your single family home will protect you from property problems. There most likely is nothing that any home improvement company could do to fix this level of stress. I wish them the best.

These guys are awesome. They moved the Electrical Service Dept to Haakenson Electric. All the same electricians.

Had to over purchase something when needed less

Flooring guy Allen was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. Also flooring guys Paul and... Sorry other guy... I didn't catch your name...were also friendly and helpful. We'll see how the installation goes.

Dan at Tesla was very responsive, did very nice work, neat installation, paid attention to details. Will definitely use again.

Set an appointment at the end of one week. Was told I'd receive a call on Wed letting me know whether they'd be there Thursday or Friday. No call on Wednesday. I called Thursday and left a message. No response. I submitted an online contact form and heard back from someone Friday morning letting me know they had passed my voicemail and email along to someone. Never heard anything back Friday or Saturday. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Daniel came to move an outlet in my laundry room. He as on time, attentive and very professional. He asked questions and clarified what he was going to do before he did it. Highly recommend!!!!!

The Tesla Team is by far one of the finest Electrical Companies I have ever worked with. Quality work with great prices. I will always use Tesla for all my electrical needs, they have never disappointed me. Tesla has been servicing my 16,000 sf commercial building for years.

Dave and his team are great! I have had a lot of trouble finding reliable electricians to sub out on different jobs in the past. They are usually busy, but always find a way to get my jobs done and don't short me on quality when they do the job. I finally have a go to company for my electrical needs.

This company is a breeze to work with. Ordering our fan on the Home Depot website, we chose tech support & was contacted by Dan the very next day to schedule installation. Installation was handled in a highly professional manner - timely, quality work (& with a smile as well).

Dave at Tesla played an integral part with getting our new facility launched in October. They worked tirelessly to procure the tech make sure everything was installed and working properly in all of our offices and common areas on all 4 floors. Loved working with them and will definitely use them again in the future on our next project.

Tesla, was and is very responsive. I called and spoke with Dan and explained the the situation that I was in, due to last minute changes. Dan assured me, that they could do the job in the time frame that was needed. Dan was onsite the same day for a site visit, and they started the work on Monday. Hired them to install two outdoor outlets directly adjacent to the breaker box. The work was first rate, the technician fast and professional. The tech called as he prepared to drive to my location and from that call until I called to verify the job was done was less than 2 hours. However the bill presented several days later was for 3.5 hours labor. The explanation was the hours were required to go shopping for the parts required for the job. They charged me more than full retail price for the parts as well as nearly double the labor for the job. $838.70 was the total charged to install two outdoor outlets. I recommend against doing business with them. Attempts to negotiate the labor fee were fruitless with Dan at Tesla Electric.

Tesla was great to work with. Sarkis came by, assessed the situation and gave me a great quote- and quickly arranged the work. The electrician was friendly, efficient and took an electrical mess from an old house and turned it into an organized, clean system. I am super happy with their work and their customer service!!
