This is the second project Roy Briley has completed for us. We are very satisfied and will continue to work with them. Lee, the project manager was easy to communicate with and always answered his phone and text messages promptly. Joe and Jacob got right to work when they were scheduled and continued to return until the job was finished. They both did exceptional work. I was most pleased by how well they prepped the work area and also cleaned up after they were finished.

I was very happy with the entire process of my little remodel. From the timeliness of an estimation, plan and work done to the quality of the work. Anthony, who did the work for me, was always on time and easy to talk to. His work was well done--I especially appreciated how he always checked in with me to see how I liked the progress and the work being done, willing to do things over if necessary (it wasn't :-)) . Thank you!

Overall this was a positive experience. The work crew was excellent. They were always punctual, respectful, conscientious, and very hard working. They listened to our concerns and supplied answers. A special shout out to Michael and Phil who went the extra mile. This would be a 5 star rating if it was only for the work crew.

Rodney and Isaac did phenomenal work on my home, with care and attention to detail. They are skilled professional carpenters and wonderful to work with. Rodney oversaw the rebuild project, and worked with me to assure choices were made and the work was completed in a timely manner. I feel blessed that these men worked on my home!

A great job! I had several small projects to be done around the house. Everything was completed and looked better than I had hoped for. Jeff offered options that worked better than what was asked for. The entire Team was professional. William clearly explained the process and costs. They answered all of my questions and kept me informed. I highly recommend them, And will easily hire them again!

Just worked with Lee and Jeff P to have my master shower entirely replaced. New shower looks and works great! They were friendly, prompt and easy to work with - available for texts/calls when I had questions. Floors were protected, and all cleaned up when finished.

Had Jeff come out for a second time and do some joist repair work in the crawl space. All work done efficiently - easy and pleasant to work with!

Lee helped us assess a situation with our ceiling drywall after a leak. Rodney came to our house to fix the issue and was efficient and did a really nice job. I think one of the most important things to note was that Rodney understood that the mess of drywall dust wasn't good for our kids to be around, so he kept things nice and tidy even while working on both levels of our home, and even offered to stay late to finish the job while our kids were in daycare instead of extending the job for an additional day.

His work was exceptional and FAST. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to trim, drywall, paint finishes, and even a dirty bathroom fan :)

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Steve for the outstanding job he did repairing the mailbox area after the 100+ mph winds caused significant damage. His hard work and attention to detail are truly appreciated, and the results look fantastic.

Christina from the water mitigation team is amazing. Worked with my insurance and helped get us housing when our home flooded.

Had a really good experience with Briley Gen contracting . We had soffit work , outside painting , insulation blown in , dry wall work and painting inside. Throughout the whole process Rodney kept us informed and did a great job seeing the project to completion. Rodney answered our questions and Michael did a nice job of painting. Would definitely recommend.

Steve has been an incredible handyman for us, consistently exceeding our expectations. He's been out to our place several times to assist with various tasks, ranging from electrical work with our lights, to plumbing issues, and even fixing our front door. Each time, Steve arrives punctually, is extremely professional, and completes the work efficiently and effectively. His attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right the first time is truly appreciated. We're always impressed with the quality of his work and his courteous demeanor.

Last year I found water damage in my kitchen and used Roy Briley to demo and rebuild. The project took almost 10 months. They started the demo, then I spent over a month leaving voicemails with the first project manager without any response while their large dehumidifiers ran and tripled my electric bill. In rebuild, I found several times that I got billed for work that wasn't completed. When I pointed it out, their estimator yelled at me, twice. At closeout, I had five callbacks for the same plumbing issue because they couldn't stop a p trap from leaking. There are various other things, but overall, pretty displeased. I raised it to three stars because their last project manager apologized and the carpenter crew was excellent at coordinating and went the extra mile.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Roy Briley General Contracting during an ice damming issue at my home. From the initial stages to the ongoing work, I've been impressed by their professionalism, transparency, and collaboration.

Had Erick working on my place, after Zach oversaw the demo. We had some communication errors and a few timeline hiccups. Can’t say they were entirely at fault for that though. In the end the work was good quality, and although the timeline I initially had asked for could not be met, Josiah the GM personally explained why the process was taking longer and had the guys work overtime to make my unit a priority. Very happy with the quality of work that they did, and impressed with the concern from upper management once he was aware of the concerns, even though I was disgruntled and complaining about how long it was taking, they were always respectful and usually answered my questions.

Our entire basement flooded last March. After drying it out, we needed it almost completely reconstructed. Two people recommended Roy Briley contracting, and I’m so glad they did! Brynn walked us through the estimating and permitting phase, and he helped us communicate with our insurance company. He turned the reconstruction over to Eric who helped us schedule everything and solved several problems we encountered along the way. He assigned Rodney to do the reconstruction, and he was phenomenal! He was incredibly efficient and professional. He kept us informed daily, and he encouraged our feedback at the end of each workday. He takes great pride in his work, and we ended up with a much improved basement with some beautiful built-ins. They did such a good job with our basement, in fact, that we have hired them to do some additional work in the house.

We had flooding in our finished basement and we were advised by two different tradesmen — each with over 30 years of experience — that we should have the restoration work done by Roy Briley. We did, and we couldn’t be happier. Brynn lead us through the planning, permitting, and insurance claim. And Eric (manager) and Rodney (craftsman) did a great job on the restoration. What really stood out was how engaged they all were in our project, and how responsive they were to our questions. And Rodney, who did all the reconstruction, was amazing. He kept us informed of what he was doing, he explained options and made recommendations, and he was meticulous in his workmanship. So although the flood was bummer, we will be enjoying a much much nicer living space thanks to Roy Briley.

Roy Briley General Contractors provided high quality service at our home in Anchorage. They repaired sheeting, studs and dry wall around a window area what was found to have damage. They were professional, prompt and their work is top notch! Five stars - highly recommend!
