This 5-star review is for maintenance guy Steve who came to replace our garage door knob after a robbery. Our appointment was at 8:00 am and he was on time. He greeted me with respect and sympathy for the scary situation we had just went through with the garage break-in. He was friendly and kind and installed the door knob quickly, so we could get back to feeling secure. He was an asset to getting us back to safety and I'm sure he's a great asset to Roy Briley Maintenance, as he said he has been working for them for over 13 yrs! Thank you Steve for your prompt & efficient service!

At first, our experience with Roy Briley was proving disappointing. Lots of no shows, late arrivals, lack of communication, etc. We were initially told this was going to be a “three week process.” Whether this was intended to be three consecutive weeks or three separate weeks of work, it was uncertain. Everything was gutted from the windowed wall in the main bedroom to the carpet in the bedroom, hallway and down the stairs. It remained in this state for a month until mid April when insulation was completed.

Now, it is June and we are in the final stages of completion.

I have to thank Rodney for this. Sure, there might have been some scheduling issues or situations I don’t understand as an outsider receiving their services, but I couldn’t be more happy and thankful for Rodney’s work and attitude. Rodney showed up on time everyday with a smile on his face and remained extremely communicative, considerate, and thorough in reassuring my concerns. He completed his duties with efficiency and care.

He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations based on past experiences!

Give him a raise, he deserves due appreciation!

5 stars for Rodney, 2 stars for Roy Briley as a property management company with lack of explanation coming from the top.

Rodney repaired the ceilings in unit6 at Westown Square condo Association. He did a fabulous job. I have never experienced a craftsman who not only did a remarkable job repairing the ceilings so that you cannot even see where the cracks were but left the place clean and tidy everyday he worked there. He was very professional. I will not only recommend him to my friends and family, I will insist on his services for our Ass ociation for future problems

We were called with a task to close in a broken garage door.

The experience working with RBGC was excellent. I would not hesitate working with them again. Great communication from a well ran company!

I wanted my condo remodeled so I contacted 4 contractors. 2 never returned my call. 2 sent a person to get the specifics of what I wanted. Both said they would give me a quote within 2 weeks. 1 came through while the other apparently wasn't hungry enough.
Roy Briley General Contracting did an outstanding job on my remodel. Eric, William, Jake and Bradley, thank you!. They all 4 had a hand in my remodel. They were very respectful and patient with me. I want to give a great big shout out to Jake and Bradley. I'd show up everyday and they would walk me through what they had done, what they were working on and what they were planning. So tolerant.
What a great team. Again thank you guys, you're awesome.

Rodney did a great job painting for us here in Whittier as well as the crew that came down to help us with our leak. I would definitely recommend them!

Roy Briley General Contracting was hired to renovate the building that I live in after a devistating fire in 2021.
They recently completed exterior repair and painting here. The Condo Association Board called them back because the quality was so poor. The photos here are of the finished job after they came back!!
They painted around a ball of lint and hair hanging from the stairs!! They didn’t completely paint an electrical cover, didn’t edge around the doors and windows, dripped paint on the flooring they just replaced, and painted over wood that should have been prepped and repaired before painting.
Their repair of the decking was just as shoddy!! They didn’t grade the subfloor away from the building, so the rain water pools up against the building.
They obviously do not intend their work to last or look professional. I do not recommend them and will share our experience far and wide!

These guys were speedy, efficient, extremely professional and took great care of my place. I called them after experiencing water damage from ice dams. They were communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. As a first time homeowner, I was a newbie with the insurance process and much of the language. They explained everything with kindness and patience and even made it a point to be at my place when the insurance adjuster did a walkthrough to assess damage. These guys were so knowledgeable and knew to send the insurance adjuster with a section of carpet so that I would be reimbursed for the maximum amount. Big thank you to Brynn, Josiah, Rodney and Ian. Great customer service! In today's world this is becoming a rare soft skill sadly. Christina Otto has this skill down. She has been so helpful and I appreciate her so much. She went above and beyond in helping me get an issue that I was dealing with resolved. Roy Briley General Contracting you have a jewel with having Christina on your team. Thank you!

We had an older home with a tiny (3' wide X 10' long) primary bath. Lee and his team were incredible in helping us expand it, using a nearby room. They always showed up when they said they'd be here, were always clean, quiet (as could be) and professional. They offered us options and explained the potential pros/cons whenever anything unexpected arose, and in the end saved us more than $13k compared to the next closest quote we'd received. We now have a modern, functional AND accessible primary bath we can enjoy for years to come. The result is absolutely beautiful and fits seamlessly with our 1950s home!

I had a project I was wanted at my home, I looked online.
Roy Brilley team appeared to have quite a bit of favorable reviews from former customers.
I contacted William, he came to my home, he put together a proposal. I moved forward,
William worked with Michael, they listened to all the details, I could not be happier with the way it turned out. William and Michael took my hopes and vision and turned it into exactly what I had hoped for. 5 star work by Michael, a true craftsman. On time, on budget. I will look the Roy Briley team again for future projects in my home.
Michael even sent me a pic of what the frame looked like so my TV installers knew what it looked like behind the Sheetrock

Long story short: I had Roy Briley Allstate insure for over 15 years. I sought them out for some upkeep and repairs. Took 3 months after weekly calls from me to be shunned and no quote. Dale Lee and Roy Briley doesn’t care about our repairs just theirs and their interest. If you have smaller jobs like 5 doors and Sheetrock from water damage, don’t bother.

*My wife is going to remodel the kitchen but this lack of confidence in their company I will choose elsewhere.

Roy Briley was very thorough and did a great job helping us fix some water damage. We had to work closely with insurance and Zach was very helpful and detail oriented. It made working with insurance and getting claims processed much smoother. Great team and great company. The only thing that would make them even better is a bit more communication on when their project experts would arrive and what to expect from each project expert. Overall a great company and would recommend to anyone.

Rodney is an excellent painter! Clean work, friendly he even did a little shoveling for us! Great human and worker! I didn't catch the name of the other crew that was here for the repair but they were fast and efficient! Done in one day!

Brynn and Rodney were wonderful. Brynn assigned Rodney to my project to expedite the job for me knowing I was selling my home and as a previous customer. Their drywall work is art and they’re ridiculously fast and accommodating. I always recommend them to anyone asking.

Our garage ceiling was leaking from plumbing in our upstairs bathroom. We had a plumber come out previously to tell us it want a plumbing problem (he didn’t climb in our attic to check)…

Needless to say it was a plumbing problem. Lee came out to assess it and found the leak in 5 minutes. He told me everything that we needed to do and assured me his team would take care of us.

He coordinated a fix with their plumber (Eagle River Heating and Mechanical, they were the BEST! - I highly recommend them for plumbing see my other review for them.)

Then his team came back out to remove 10 full black bags of wet insulation and give it a day to air out.

I mentioned my concern for insulating the repaired pipes since they froze twice this winter. They told me they’d be kind enough to install the insulation if I wanted to provide it for the next part of the repairs.

The next day they came back out and insulated the pipes and added more insulation than was previously used in the attic. They also did some patch work and a paint match. Now our space is not just good as new, it’s better than new!!! They left the can of paint so we can paint more if we want.

We couldn’t be more thankful for the time and care they put into all the repairs. It feels amazing knowing they took the time to do the job well.

We will use them for any future home repairs that may arise. They really alleviated a lot of the pain of being a first time homeowner!!!

This company is the worst. Chris should not be working. He physically assaults coworkers and runs the job site in a scare everyone way. They do not do good work and are scam artists. I do thank you for your army service though.
