Logan and Andre cleaned our carpets yesterday. The two young men were very professional, confident, happy and on time. Our carpets look and feel amazing and ALL of the stains are gone! It was a real delight to have people that really care about their finished product and obviously customer service is high on their list as well. You certainly represent TCM with class and pride! TCM was great to work with. They were able to schedule on short notice when another contractor cancelled. Their carpet cleaning tech was on time, communicated thoroughly, was conscientious, friendly, and did a quality job. Their office staff was great too. I would definitely hire TCM again for carpet cleaning.

I had a dishwasher leak and TCM helped me with everything from mitigation to repairs. Don was so kind and helpful (and patient!) with the initial mitigation when I really had no clue what to do. They had to replace all of my flooring, and Travis and Joey helped me tremendously with all of my silly questions. And finally Anna in the Main Office was super efficient and helpful! I am the least handy person out there, and they all helped me get through this with a smile on their face. Thank you so much TCM! I will recommend them to everyone.

We had water damage from an ice dam. TCM communicated well with the insurance company, took time to assess, dry, apply drywall, match trim. Extra effort to match the paint color to the rest of the room. It took a while to get the repair done because of the large number of other customers with the same problem (and actual emergencies), but the whole TCM team was persistent, the end result is great.

It was great working with them. The work was done quickly and they helped us navigate all the ups and downs of working with our insurance company. I would highly recommend.

Wesley Wolfe and Braedon Butler were in charge of my basement renovation. They kept me informed as they worked, and the crews did a good job. I am very happy with the end result!

In December 2024 a pipe burst in our house in Anchorage, Alaska. The water flooded a part of the house and the garage. It took a few days for rhe neighbors to discover the leak. By then there was a lot of damage to the house.

It was a Sunday. We contacted TCM and in less than an hour a crew arrived and started working on mitigating the damage. They cut out and removed wet carpets, and they installed dehumidifiers and other equipment to dry the house. They did an excellent job!

In the following days TCM workers came daily to our house to monitor the progress, and they started the restoration work. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism. If you have a big problem with damage to the house from some disastrous event then TCM is certainly the company you should call.

Warning to all homeowners: be aware of the business practices of this company. I had a sewage loss several months ago and called tcm to remediate. After signing paperwork and getting an initial clean up, I was left high and "dry" for months with little or no communication between this company and my insurance company or me. After some time I was forced to finish the remediation myself. Months afterwards they started sending emails with many typos that were sent to my spam. They charged me asbestos testing without any intention of removal and extraction services when there was no standing water. My insurance company would not cooperate with them at all and I was saddled with the intire bill after fixing my own property. I recommend ServiceMaster of Alaska or Taylored Restoration Services for any fire or flood loss. These companies are much more professional and organized and I have used them in the past with satisfaction.

As a licensed property manager overseeing multiple homes for out-of-state owners, I understand how stressful it can be to discover serious water damage. What eases that burden is partnering with a professional company that clearly explains the process—whether it's an insurance claim or not. As a property manager, I value companies that provide prompt, transparent bids and invoices, making processing seamless. Whenever I face remediation or mold issues, my General Contractors consistently recommend TCM as the best in town.

This company has poor communication. You have to ask for itemized estimates, repeatedly, otherwise you get a document that is a vague summary and pricing. They came after hours to respond to a water damage call and provided dehumidifiers but refused to remove flooring so we had to remove flooring ourselves but they tried to charge for the flooring work they didn’t do. Thankfully they took it off the bill without hassle but that should not have happened in the first place. I gave them the second star because the demolition work took one half day and the work was fine. Do not go with these people for repair. They have a provision in their contract where you agree to give them over every penny your insurance company pays out related to the claim, not just pay them for the work they actually do. During the process I constantly had to tell them to narrow the scope to the minimum necessary with no upgrades. I did not go with them for repairs because of this and when I called to explain that their contract is inappropriate I was told it can’t be changed but that it is pretty typical. That isn’t true. Save your money.

When we had a water leakage problem, we called TCM Restoration, within the hour Jeffery, arrived and inspected the areas effected. He explained what they would do to remedy our situation, he answered all of our questions and started right away with dehumidifiers, fans and heat. Later he and another guy (Mike) removed the damaged carpets, backing and other ruined items. Thanks to their fast professional service, we saved more then we lost. They were life savers, very appreciated, Thank you guys.

The company and estimator were great to work with. They communicated clearly and promptly following through on my requests and on their promises.

The field crew did a fantastic job cleaning the crawl space and making the the necessary restoration repairs. They were respectful of our home as well as friendly and responsive whenever we interacted.

We’ve used TCM before and will use them the next time we have home restoration needs, which hopefully won’t happen soon. However, if it does, we know who to contact

Very responsive and communicative. Helpful throughout the whole process of fixing a flooded basement.

We came downstairs to a flooded basement one morning. TCM's remediation response team was there to help us within a few hours. By the end of the day, our basement was cleared of standing water and they had fans running to dry things out. David, Tyler, Chris, Wes, Roy, and the rest of the team were great to work with, and I'd recommend this company without hesitation.

I feel I was let go cus I did not want to pay for helper I did not need or pay price they demanded for him conflict on work completed and pay

I called Earhart before they seemed like they did not know what they they were doing. I found general roofing knew what they were talking about I had many questions and they seemed very calm about things

Scheduled an inspection via home warranty company, confirmed appointment time and date via the phone. Failed to show, and when called, they claimed they thought the appointment was cancelled.

Got to my house quick, and were out of there quick. Very informative, easy to work with and good quality work.

The owners are honest, hardworking, family people. They do quality work and the timelines are great. You're getting the owner out on the job, not a superintendent jumping from company to company. I would endorse the work they do.

I called and scheduled an appointment for a roof repair two days ago. They said they'd call when they would be on their way, I haven't heard from them since. Next.

Update: They finally called me today. While they were helpful in trying to get a crew out to my house today since they had slipped up, I asked for a later show time to adjust for my work schedule on short notice. The gentlemen on the phone was talking to someone else in the background and he seemed annoyed to have to work his schedule to accommodate this issue. With a $400 minimum in Eagle River and knowing that my roof would be treated like an inconvenience to them I opted to find another company. Perhaps this is an isolated incident and they do great work, but this one was not for me.
