Completely unprofessional from the start. Rude over the phone and too distracted to even discuss anything without sounding frustrated and overwhelmed, BJ could barely communicate, after a minute of him distractedly answering my questions he says "Find someone else" and hung up on me. Horrible way to run a business! Get an assistant if you cant handle the workload dude. Just WOW.

I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this snow removal service. I have a big driveway that is not conducive to truck plowing; so BJ’s crew uses snow blowers. Last year, when the snowblowers could not handle the slush, BJ found some other way to do the job. When I came back from out of town after the recent heavy snowfall, the streets were a mess, but my driveway was perfect.

people that are complaining probably have nothing better to do. i have had Turf Pro as my summer and winter service company for the past 4 years. that is because BJ’s prices are the best in the business and most of all the work they do is amazing.

INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I had a shoulder injury and was unable to take care of my own lawn for a while and a friend recomened them. WHAT A MISTAKE! The week they were supposed to come they said they mixed up my address and wouldn't be able to make it until next week. But when next week rolled around they were no where to be seen. I called and texted to try to get some answers, but received none. They seem very incompetent and unprofessional.

Watched another bag fly out of their truck today on the Seward highway at 805 AM and almost hit a car. I have seen their truck poorly loaded before and there are several other grass-filled bags in the median of the highway that are identical, likely from previous incidents. I would not support a company that puts others at risk due to incompetence.

Situation arose to prevent us from doing our own fall yard clean up. Texted BJ to see if he could fit us into his busy schedule before transitioning to the winter season. His crew came this morning and did a terrific job cleaning our yard. They ALWAYS do a great job. Thank you BJ; you’re the best

Turf Pro Lawn and Snow does an excellent job! They have shown themselves to be good people who care about doing a good job. They respond quickly to meet our needs, and honor requests like letting us know when they get here, so the dogs can be brought in from the yard. Little things that just go a long way to show that they care about the needs of their clients. Prices are also affordable which makes such a difference! We're very thankful for them and the good work that they do!
