These guys have done multiple projects for me now. They’ve always done great work, they communicate really well as things come up, and pricing is fair. I highly recommend!

Rob responded quickly and got his program manager, John, on site in only a day’s time. John was able to assess and provide me a quote within a day also, and had a person over the following week to complete the emergency drywall replacement. Casey did a fantastic job and I really can’t tell the difference now that it’s finished. Highly recommend!!

Ak Property Maintenance showed up on an Emergency call on a Sunday afternoon. They charged so little I gave them more. Rob and Chelsea were wonderful to work with. Rob and his crew have done great work getting the exterior of my triplex ready for the painters. They’ve been snowblowing my place for two years. They hand shovel the porches and sidewalks.
Great Sheetrock work in the garage. They’ll be doing some electrical and plumbing work in my garage this fall. I plan to have him replace my hot water space heater at the same time.

Excellent! Rob literally saved my place from so much potential water damage! Had a burst pipe, he was the only one to answer the phone out of multiple plumbing numbers and was at my house so fast! Extremely grateful for all that he did, made sure absolutely everything was okay and taken care of before leaving. Great at what he does and a genuinely friendly and kind person! Legend! Would use him and his team again in the future absolutely!

AK Property Maintenance has done two jobs for me. The first was to replace some water valves. The second job was to repair a large section of wall and soffit that were damaged by a previous leak and install replacement cabinets.

Both jobs were well done. I’m very pleased.
Will replaced the valves and William repaired the drywall around them. Josh did the large repair from the leak and Casey did the painting. Every one of them communicated well so I knew when they were coming and understood what they were doing and why. They were all great about answering my (sometimes dumb) questions and even gave me tips knowing that I’d like to be able to do more repairs myself.

I’ll add that I’m a single woman living alone, and yet I felt perfectly safe with each of these strange men in my home. All were professional and friendly and clearly took pride in their work.

The prices were reasonable. As far as I can tell, they’re right in the middle of the pack for pricing. Not the cheapest but not too expensive either. (Note that both jobs were done in winter).

I think I finally found my home maintenance team.
