Use a different company! Pivot came on the wrong day, at the wrong time, to fix the wrong sink - which was already working!
Company then ignored all calls and messages. Horrible!

Real Property Management contracted out Pivot to do maintenance on my rental property. I received an inspection report for all the repairs that needed to be done in which some items were not completed prior to selling my property.
I am frustrated over the items that were not taken care of and were not handled appropriately.

We heard about them through our Realtor that we off and on aquire property from and he always mentioned these guys. So, We decided to go with the property maintenance services. a few times we had to use these guys for some heating issues and water leaks + damage repair. in our newly purchased complex and they were very knowledgeable and very helpful even during a weekend right before a holiday! they also came within a reasonable time on the same day as was the call for the leak, with temperatures around negative 10. and right away started at it. told me he wasn't leaving until I can go to sleep warm, ended up going home a little wet and the young man's clothes were soaked lol. They sure have some mighty fine guys and gals working for them. Thank you for your service.

Absolutely stellar experience with Pivot. They turned around a painting job for our new office within a week. They were professional, on time and reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will use them for our painting needs in the future. They definitely stand out in the industry!
