With my father's health problems he needed a Dubai installed. I called pivot maintenance and they sent a man named josh. He came and did the work Very professionally and courteously. I would highly recommend calling them.

I had a problem with my hot water pipe and Pivot sent A guy named Josh to help fix the pipe. I am so ever great full because he knew what he was doing and was kind and understanding. Now I have hot water running in my pipes again.

The taller guy i believe his name was Scott or Scotty? Definitely hands down the best handy man I’ve had any experience with. Always clean when he left like he was never even there. Very professional and very respectful. Answered any questions that i had. Definitely would call them again.

I requested maintenance on my apartment and Josh was the one who showed up to help. He helped fix the sink and I swear we tried everything and he was the one who got it to work!! He was very friendly and will definitely request him if I need more maintenance done in the future.

Scott and Duke did an awesome job locating the leak in my ceiling, fixing the pipe and then sealing it all back up with Sheetrock texture and paint! Very timely work and communication throughout. Appreciate it guys.

I had Pivot Maintenance Management come out and look at some work I needed done earlier this year. The tech that came out Scott was very professional and experienced. He took the time to explain to me what needed to be done to fix my issues. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs quality work done. Josh came to my unit to perform some minor work on my babies bedroom. He was amazing!! Quick, efficient, and interacted with my child and cat amazingly!! I’m definitely requesting him specifically next time I need work done. He’s also an awesome neighbor!

Pivot has been a great company to work with. As a property owner it’s nice having a team like this that helps keep my property in great rentable shape. I should have learned. Every time I do an online order or look something up online to pick up the items they are listed wrong. Their online database is the worst I have ever dealt with. Generally I will order with Home Depot or if I have to count on what is listed online I will also go to Home Depot. Lowes is terrible, not just at this store.

That said, I find the personal and managers at this Lowes to be helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. The same has not been my experience at Home Depots. If a specific item is not critical I will go to this Lowes but I will never do an online order or expect anything to be as their site says in store.

With an original quote of $1,768.76 and a final bill of $3,835.65 — more than double — this company is a complete joke. Prices can sometimes change once work is underway, but there is absolutely no excuse for more than doubling a customer's bill without any warning, discussion, or approval beforehand. That kind of pricing surprise is not just unprofessional, it borders on deceptive.

Before you engage this company, be very clear about one thing: the quote you receive may have nothing to do with what you'll be asked to pay. Demand everything in writing, get change-order authorizations signed before any additional work proceeds, and think hard about whether you want to take that risk at all.

My strong advice: steer clear.
