Ian came over and finished in a little over 2hrs.
The area he need to clean was over 1500 sqft. The carpet looked great!!!! For the price I got, this service was almost a steal! Great work, Great price, Great time management!!!!!! Will definitely be using again!!!! DEFINITELY RECCOMEND

It was a Saturday afternoon and I wanted to have my carpets cleaned, but I wanted it done same day. I called JBCC and within 3 hours they were at my house cleaning! The technician was prompt, friendly and even brought another pair of shoes so he didn't wear outside shoes inside. The carpets look great and it was fast. We used this company for a move-out clean for a rental property that we lived in for the last two years with a 2 year old Lab Mix. All marks and spots they were able to get it out. Cleaning time did not take long at all and they did such a great job! The carpets looked new.

I was worried about the stain on my living room that my dog made and the smell but i didn't have to. James Bond Carpet Cleaning came on Sunday and got it done very clean with a very reasonable price. It was very awesome.

I actually was impressed. I used another locally owned carpet cleaning company 6 months ago and their service was mediocre. I have come to expect low standards in customer relations here in Alaska, however they did a magnificent job. Plus, they were reasonably priced. Will hire them again.
