Hired Premier Carpet Cleaning to do my carpets which were pretty bad I did not think in a million years they would look this good I'm so happy money well spent and they even came in lower than their quote got to love that

My experience with Premier was great. I literally called them on Sunday at 1:15 and asked if they could come between 2:30-3:00 and they were there. I shed a ton and so does my cat. They got all of that hair up (I was kind of embarrassed at how much it was). Not only that, I had a sick cat for a few months that got sick a lot (he was lost in the wilderness for a few months and it was hard adjusting his diet again) and they was able to get all the stains out and the red wine I was unable to remove myself. I would 100% recommend these guys.

Carpets still had some stains and pet odors from previous tennants. Premier got it all removed. Carpets look and feel like new and smell clean. Very happy with their service. The guys were professional and personable. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Ian and Premier Carpet Cleaning were simply amazing. Our basement flooded and soaked the pad and carpet and they came that same very day on short notice and fit us in to his busy schedule to help with everything from ripping out the pad drying out and salvaging the carpet and installing dehumidifiers in the room, and then came back a week or two later to do all the carpets in the house and a couch as well. Highly highly recommend

Ian and Ethan completed a large carpet cleaning project for us. They professioanlly removed several stains, took great care with two carpeted stair cases, and diligently protected walls and doorways as they thoroughly cleaned over 2,100 square feet of carpets. It was wonderful to have these two professionals show up with all the right tools and cleaning agents in addition to their couteous and polite manner. Easy to recommend to all.

Ian at a premium Carpet and his assistant were great! They called when they were going to run late for the appt. They did a good job and cleaned more than I asked for.

We have 2 large dogs and a 4 year old and our carpets look brand new, it’s the best carpet cleaning we’ve ever got the past couple years!! This was our first time using Premier and they did not disappoint. The cleanliness of our carpets was like night and day, and for a reasonable price. And they even did our cleaning on a Sunday! You look up the other carpet cleaning companies around Anchorage, and you’ll notice that almost all of them are closed on the weekends. Not Premier Carpet Cleaning. So we couldn’t be happier with our choice to call them.
