Bibbs Services, LLC is a great company that can handle your commercial and residential janitorial needs. They pride themselves on always going the extra mile for their clients. One of their specialized services is terminal cleaning, which is a standard for cleaning medical offices and health care facilities. They also do a great job in exercise facilities, schools, daycare operations, restaurants, and any other commercial application. For your home they do a great job with regular cleaning or move-in/move-out cleaning. contractors and Realtors should use them for construction cleanup projects. If you want to work with a great company that will take care of you call Bibbs Services!!

I have not had to use Marcus & Tania's services yet, but I have friends that rave about what an excellent job they do in so many things like commercial janitorial, residential cleaning of all kinds, etc. I know that I will call them in the future, either with personal or our rental needs. 😌

I wanted to take a moment and give an excellent rating to a service that well deserves it. I, through our condo Homeowners Association, have been exposed to Bibbs Services through its owner and employees on a weekly basis for the past four years. Just earlier this month we employed Bibbs Services for an additional service -- cleaning the carpets in all the common areas of our buildings. There were some heavy-duty spots in quite a few places, and I was unsure of any kind of success at their removal being within the grasp of any carpet cleaners. I am sure the ones I have used in the past would not have been successful. Anyway, the carpets came out great, looking almost new, and we are exceedingly pleased and grateful with the carpet cleaning of Bibbs. As one additional note, not wanting to neglect the bulk of the services provided to us by Bibbs, I have been over-the-top pleased with the Janitorial services Bibbs has provided over the years. The owner is easy to talk to, personable, responsive, and always professional. THANKS, Bibbs Services, for consistently doing what you do best!

We've used Bibbs for the last two carpet cleanings and plan to continue to. We have a dog with a history of chronic bladder issues, overflown house plant containers and other mishaps all on white burbur carpet. This should be a carpet cleaners nightmare, but Marcus always gets the job done beautifully at a very fair price. His customer service is top notch! I will recommend Bibbs every day of the week.

Arctic Haus has been cleaning our house for about 6 month. It is so wonderful to come home to a clean house. They are reliable and do a great job!

I've had their crew clean our house for nearly two years and they are top notch. Great attention to detail, efficient and quick. Always SO wonderful to come home to a clean house on cleaning day!

Plain and simple: hired to do a move-in clean and just didn’t clean the house. The cleaners were sitting in the car ready to leave when I pulled up. Didn’t get a chance to do a closer inspection until my movers had already arrived. I’ll spare you the after pictures of crumbs in drawers and on fridge shelves, dirty toilets, a monstrous mess in the shower drain that killed my appetite for 24hrs, and the “woe is me” email offering a measly 15% refund for the privilege of doing the work myself. Look elsewhere for a job well-done. Arctic Haus is not the place.

In response to their missive below: I’ve never had to check for dirty remains with any other cleaning company I’ve hired. Buyer beware.

I first heard about Arctic Haus from a coworker who used their services on multiple occasions and had really good experience with them. The first time I hired them was over a year ago, when I was moving and needed to make sure the apartment I was moving out of was spotless. Since they did a very good job, we agreed they would be coming to my new house every three weeks to help me keep it clean and tidy. Like I said, it’s been over a year and I don’t think I’ve ever had any complaints. They’re easy to communicate with, and I always tell them what the focus is going to be on, so my expectations are always met. It’s just nice to have someone reliable, someone you can trust with being in your home even when you’re not there.

Very professional and they do an excellent job. No complaints so far would definitely recommend them.
