Alex Grant and his team did a great job on our landscaping project. We had old pavers that were starting to become uneven and detached and Titan replaced the entire sidewalk with new pavers and a fresh look. They also tackled the side of the house that had old weed block and gravel that was starting to sprout weeds. Titan replaced it all and added some shrubs to replace the old dull look. Great job that was completed on the agreed timeline and estimate.

Our entire experience with Titan was superb! We originally contacted them after seeing the excellent job they had done for our neighbors. Luke came to our house the day after we called and prepared an estimate the same afternoon. Work was started several days later, and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The entire team, from the workers to the management, was professional, friendly, skilled, timely, and respectful of the property. We are thrilled with the beautiful new brick walkway leading to our house. We highly recommend this top-notch organization!

Mike Martin and crew did a beautiful job creating cedar planting boxes, replacing a deck and restoring the curb appeal of the entire yard. They worked fast, were very professional, and had great ideas on how best to use our space. However, 6 months later tried to contact to finish job in April. Came home to this popped railing and walkway boards today and unable to get response to repair from company.

I had two loads of topsoil dropped off for a lawn installation. The topsoil is very low in peat and loam and appears to mostly be clay. I worked on a sod farm for a few years and have used top soil from other places. This soil, while understandably waterlogged is ready to bake in a kiln for throwing pots. The woman on the phone is really nice

I hired Titan to do some landscaping, build a fence and retaining wall, construct a paver pathway and pave my driveway. The project ran smoothly from start to finish. The crew worked effectively and efficiently with much precision. The PM and supervisor were professional and responsive. The end result is beautiful, exceeded my expectations and transformed my property. Great experience working with Themba and Titan! Wanted to get my yard renovated taking out about 30 trees, bring in topsoil to have it leveled, and have lawn hydroseeded along with a few fruit trees. Themba came out with a drawing showing the proposed work and allowed me to break it up into smaller stages over three years which was budget friendly and ideal for a homeowner.

Luke Millen & Titan LLC & crew did a great job making my yard look beautiful! Jr was great on the bobcat and the whole crew did wonderful landscaping and leveling over 3000sf of hillside into beautiful grass. They are still checking on the last touches to make everything complete & have been wonderful to work with.

It is rare in this day and age to find a company to give five stars to for their professionalism and caring about their client. Titan LLC is such a company. From the free estimate where they write out everything that you want done to the completion of the work and the cleanup afterwards. They are a fantastic company. They did exactly what they promised to do, they showed up early and completed the job in a timely manner. And their pricing is very reasonable.If you need anything to do with building or landscaping, I highly recommend you call Titan LLC. They are the best.

It was an amazing experience working with the entire Titan Team. Aaron was truly professional and had a keen vision of the project, working closely with us to develop the plan. As the project unfolded, they were very flexible with minor modifications. Themba, the foreman, was incredibly knowledgeable and considerate to work with. Our team included Sergio, Diego and Javier. They brought the project to life with absolute precision. We really enjoyed watching Sergio's skill with heavy machinery.
Overall, the outcome was even better than we had imagined and was completed ahead of schedule, with just the hydroseeding in the front remaining. Titan has our gratitude for a job well done. I give them my highest recommendation.

I contacted Titan in early April, 2023 to request a bid to remove and replace ~220 feet of a failing wooden retaining wall with a rock wall. Senior Estimator/Consultant Alex Grant contacted me the next day, even though he was traveling out-of-state. Soon after meeting with Alex on site, my wife and I had a reasonable proposal for a tiered rock wall and replacement of a smaller Allan Block wall near our front entrance.

The demolition phase of work began in late June, within a week of the anticipated schedule. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished project. We expanded the scope a bit along the way to include a fresh topping of asphalt over the entire driveway. Alex provided valuable suggestions and was extremely responsive throughout the duration of the project. He stopped by to check on progress nearly every day. Titan's Themba Maphosa was also a frequent on-site presence to oversee the work.

The demolition and construction team did a masterful job of placing the rocks, ensuring slope stability, and working in tight quarters. They also consistently cleaned up the site before leaving each day, and repaired any unavoidable damage to the lawn and existing gravel areas at the conclusion of the project.

The paving crew did an excellent job integrating the driveway with the new retaining wall.

I wouldn't hesitate to contact Titan, LLC for any future landscaping, paving, or similar work. I trust Alex to deliver a great result.

You won’t go wrong with Titan and Themba. Full stop.

I engaged Titan for two large projects; the first is all but wrapped up; the second has just started. Project 1 involved building a retaining wall, re-grading a tricky 1/4 acre(+) slope and transforming it into a wildflower meadow. Themba, an excellent communicator, listened to my ideas, and developed an affordable, well reasoned plan. He fielded an excellent crew just as the melting snow permitted the work to begin and visited the site daily; most often at least twice per day, collaborating with the crew and me to support the vision. As things evolved—and in my experience, landscaping plans will do that—his suggestions were pragmatic and on target. Themba answered my every question and addressed every concern, usually on the spot but never with longer than an over night delay. He is a dream to work with.

I was particularly struck by how well the crew, led by Sergio, worked as a team with cheerfulness and good humor. Their work ethic is immense and Sergio, a virtuoso performer with an excavator. Pressy and Rodrigo are well versed in handling machinery and the skills required for the work. Rodrigo’s nickname is “the kid” (I’m pretty sure he knows that). I spent more time watching them, mesmerized by their skill and effort, than I should have but it also gave me an appreciation for how they shared the work and how they mentored Rodrigo along the way. Others were involved,too; all a pleasure to get to know. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

If this sounds as much like a commercial for Titan as a review of the project, I suppose that’s a valid observation. I do not, as a rule, post reviews but I feel this is well deserved. I made contact with Titan at the 2024 Anchorage Home Show and several others in addition. I chose Titan’s proposals on the strength of their cost as well as my increasing confidence, as we discussed matters, in their commitment to making sure I’d be more than satisfied with the work. I absolutely am. Thank you, Themba, Sergio, Pressy and Rodrigo for your hard work work over these last weeks and the fabulous result.

We are pleased with Alex Grant and his crew's work. They did a high-quality job on our fence and gates, communicated well throughout the project, and stayed true to their estimate. The fence is beautiful and perfectly straight, although our backyard's landscape is uneven and challenging in many places. We will gladly consider giving our business to Alex and Titan LLC in the future.

Alex Grant with Titan landscaping and his team have done a fantastic job completing a complex landscaping project for my wife and I on our home. Alex has been very professional and responsive, with great followup on design and execution. One of his team members, Themba Mafosa did an excellent job during the execution of the project, working with us and the landscaping crews (thanks to Sergio and Javier and team!) to insure everything was completed as planned . Titan did a fantastic job on our backyard patio and even though it was probably just a small job for them, the estimator Themba was in regular contact with us regarding the timeline and the plans. The crew were all respectful of my property and my pets and straightened up each day so there wasn’t a big mess laying around each evening. I really appreciated that! Themba made valuable suggestions as we came up with the design and definitely made it much better looking than we had originally imagined! I look forward to many years of enjoyment out of this beautiful patio!

Alex Grant and Titan were great to work with. We had them do the following: clear a few areas of Willow/Alder/Weeds, level the areas, and put down topsoil & hydroseed; plant a number of flowering bushes and trees; extend a rock retaining wall & add a 2nd tier of retaining wall; ring several trees & septic standpipes (which we cut down to camouflage) and put down landscape fabric & river rock; also extended aluminum edging/landscape fabric/river rock around the rest of the house. Alex was great to work with, and the crew were hard working and did a great job. We're very happy with how everything turned out.
