Did an ok job of yard work, but (when the team lead wasn't there) left the gate open. Also, billed for a day they didn't show, and the office was reluctant to take that date off the bill (despite video evidence that they weren't there). Crew is fine, office is a mess.

The Be Happy team is always great to work with. They did a great job on my landscape project and do a consistently well week after week with lawn maintenance on my commercial properties. The crews are respectful and communicative. Would highly recommend.

This team is simply awesome. They have come to my rescue on some repairs, sanding my drive during an ice storm, and even helping me with stuff at my office, like hanging pictures and other small handyperson needs. They are my go-to when I need a lot of simple help on stuff that would have taken me hours.

The work done was very satisfactory, workers were pleasant and efficient, project (two decks, stairs and porch) was professionally done, and the work area was cleaned up very well. A couple of follow-up items were taken care of immediately and satisfactorily..

100% would recommend. The job they are doing is fantastic. I had alot of dry rot around my front door and chimney. There were several issues due to my end on not getting the correct door for mounting and they were able to come up with solutions right on the spot to it fix it. The installed is better then what I imagined. All my future homes projects will be going through them. Ernie and his team are the best.(Before photos show some damages and after photos included of full front door durning instal).

We reached out to Be Happy to help us with three different landscaping projects. They were quick to schedule appointments and quick and very competitive with the estimates. Their workers were very efficient, professional, polite and respectful of our property. Be Happy was very easy to do business with. The worker came to find the problem. He knew exactly what he was doing,. He got straight to the point,. Started on the problem the next day and 2 days he was finish with the trust boards in my wall. The worker was very polite and everything was done. I really got a peaceful sleep.

They did a retaining wall for us. Their bid was reasonable. They started the work promptly. Their onsite crews were pleasant to work with. They always asked if their work was what we were wanting. They have skilled craftsmen working for them. Pleased with the finished product.

Loved the work the team did on my shower. My shower had been embarrassingly rough for the first 5 years we lived in our condo. We finally decided to take care of it and I'm so thankful my Father in law gave us their number. They got it done quickly and efficiently and with very little down time on the shower. They were pleasant to have in the house and went above and beyond to get us squared away when I messed up on ordering my parts .😅
Will definitely be using them again if anything else comes up.

Not terribly impressed with Be Happy Property Services. We hired them for a small front yard landscaping project. To be fair, the guy that showed up the first day and excavated the front yard and put down the new topsoil was awesome, but he was the best part of the whole experience. Everything went silent after the first day, and communication was nonexistent other than when I called to see what the delay was. In three weeks, one guy showed up and planted a bush. Each time I called their office, they would tell me they were going to look into the delay on the hydroseeding and call me back – and they never did, so I’d call several days later and go through the same process. Why is it such a stretch for so many contractors to pick up a phone and keep the customer in the loop? Basically, we just never felt like a priority. Then they sent me the invoice and multiple text messages asking for a review before the job was even done. In the end, the project finally got completed, but the three weeks between putting down the topsoil and doing the hydroseeding gave the weeds a head start, so now we basically have a very expensive dandelion field (see pictures). I've contacted them about it, and again they tell me they'll look into it and get back to me, but never do. Won't hire again or recommend.

This company did an awesome job replacing retaining walls in our driveway. Wonderful communication, responsible for the due date, friendly staff. Great experience overall. Thank you so much!
