TLDR: Not reliable. Canceled on me three times day of.

Posting in hopes others can avoid the massive letdown we have experienced.

I contacted Grace about cleaning our home and scheduled with her to do a walk through. She texted less than an hour before to reschedule for the next day (3/16/22).

We did meet for the walkthrough the next day. We agreed upon a price, and Grace informed me that her next available deep clean appointment was 3/31/22. We scheduled for that date.

On 3/31/22, she contacted me again less than an hour before to inform me she couldn’t make it. She offered to come 4/2/22 and give us a 10% discount. I felt this was reasonable, so we accepted.

Today (4/2/22) she contacted me just over an hour before to let me know she wasn’t coming. Given that we’ve been scheduled with her for over two weeks and already agreed to reschedule once, I am extremely upset with her lack of professionalism. We were depending on her coming today, and we have now had to cancel our plans with our son so that my husband and I can clean the house. Screenshots attached.

Grace could be a great cleaner - I didn’t get the chance to find out. Unfortunately, she’s incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. She’s currently advertising for new business on Facebook and Craigslist, but it appears she does not have availability to take new clients.

I wish I had gotten in touch with Grace at the Perfect Touch sooner. She’s reliable and consistent in cleaning our home! She does more in one cleaning than I can ever wish to do over a course of several days. I’m so grateful every time I come home to a clean house!!

The service was fantastic. They did an amazing job getting my place clean. I’ve never felt so relieved and relaxed it was such a good feeling to come home to a clean place. Pricing is affordable and Grace is just the best, super thorough and quotes are fair. Would highly recommend!!

Had such a great experience with Perfect Touch Cleaning Co that I signed up for bi-weekly visits immediately after our first (deep clean) service. Grace is friendly, responsive, and thorough. She left our house smelling fresh and sparkling clean.✨ My only regret is not scheduling our first visit sooner!

The cleaning team transformed our winter neglect to a spring freshness. I love that Happy Cleaning sends a text message to remind our family of cleaning day. They were responsive to do an initial visit if our home and provide pricing. We’re looking forward to a regular routine to keep our home fresh every two weeks! Highly recommend!

Happy cleaning did an exceptional job cleaning my 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. I was moving out of my rental and needed someone to clean. It was simple, I contacted Raquel and we began communicating via text messaging that morning. Her husband met up with me that afternoon with their son to provide me with a quote. It was dependent on if it was going to be a one-person or two-person crew on how long it would take to complete. I received a courtesy text message the day/night before to confirm the cleaning. A two-person crew showed up with the supplies needed to complete the job. They were able to complete the cleaning in half the time, 3 hours and sent me a text message 30 minutes prior to their completion. In three hours they cleaned my condo and contracted someone to shampoo the carpets. The crew was respectful and sincere, which made the process easy. I had reached out to another cleaning company with NO reply. I would definitely recommend Happy Cleaning for any of your cleaning needs. Thank you, Jorge and Racquel.

I'm sorry I can't provide before and after pictures. I hired these fine ladies to clean my house late last year. Two oldsters working full-time while trying to keep up with our 2-dog/5-cat household. We'd gotten behind and it was horrendous. They scheduled while we were at work, called to let me know they'd arrived, called to let me know when they were done. I came home to a completely spotless home. No cat hair anywhere. Pristine kitchen, bathrooms, upstairs, downstairs, HOUSE. It was absolutely amazing and totally affordable. I'm sure they were disgusted when they walked in our house, but they hid that well from me so I never had to feel shamed. And when they left, I would have felt totally comfortable inviting anyone over, because they wouldn't have even been aware we had cats until they saw them. I'd recommend them to anyone, anytime. That being said... Echo... do you think we could schedule another cleaning? 🐶🐱

While I’ve never met the cleaning crew in person, their work speaks for itself. We’ve appreciated the dependable service over the years and would recommend them to any business looking for a professional and reliable cleaning team.

Overall experience was good. I noticed that the upstairs was cleaner than the downstairs. I am looking forward to being on a cleaning rotation with this company. Also the communication was excellent and above and beyond.

This is my first experience with Commercially Clean, and all the ladies I have worked with to schedule my house cleaning and who cleaned the house were so easy and great to work with. The house looked and smelled amazingly after they cleaned. I look forward to routine cleanings from them.

I'm not even sure how I first learned about Commercially Clean, but once I started using them (which I believe has been about 5/years now) - I've used NO ONE ELSE! Whomever they send, have ALWAYS been professional, polite, paid attention to detail, and respectful in my home! So I have nothing but GREAT things to say about their Service!

This company is amazing. They alerted me that they were on their way. Let me know that the job was being completed, then let me know when they were done. My tenants are super happy with the service so I am very happy with the service and ease of working with them. Great company!
