Called him for help. He came that day in 2 1/2 hours. Was there 25-30 mins and was done. Very quick at fixing plugged plumbing.

Did a great job. Only charged me the hourly rate and not any additional charges. Figured out the problem and solved it pretty quickly.

No one likes a clogged main line. Makes it worse it happened at the end of day on a Friday. Called and he was at my house within an hour. Straight forward and for an after hours price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Steve was outstanding! Dedicated and determined to find why my main sewer drain was not draining properly. Spent over 3 hours working the tough problem with 3 different “snake” machines. Solved my issues. Thx Steve

What a great company. The gentleman that owns and operates is very knowledgeable and honest. He is also pretty funny. Had a septic mainline clogged and he came out right on time and gave me a courtesy call prior to coming. He was an Incredibly respectful person, these types of people are rare in Alaska any more. Couldn't be more pleased. They were fantastic for us. We called one evening, and they were here the next day at the time they said they would be. The technician James was polite, efficient, wearing a mask for safety and got the job done right. I recommend them.

First plumber called 8:30 am. Lady said, I will page.... by 12:30 no one called back(still haven't heard from them). Second plumber called, voicemail (still no call back) mind you, it is now 9pm. But at 1:30ish, I was again impatient. Called ak rooter, man answers says he can work me in 3-5. He was here before 4, left before 5. Can't say I was disappointed anymore. He was great. I owe him a small engine repair as a tip, because he was that awesome. And I totally meant it about your pull cord. You know where I live!

I had a problem, needed to solve it fast, called several places trying to compare prices. This lovely gentleman, who owns his own business, made himself available pretty much right away. Even though he charges $15 more than one of his competitors, my gut told me to go with him after I read the only two reviews you can find on him on-line - they were excellent. I wish more of his clients got around to leaving him a review, so more people can know that THERE IS AN HONEST, STRAIGHT FORWARD man, who will not drag his job, just so he can charge you more because he gets paid by the hour. I was SO IMPRESSED! The job was done within one hour, even though the pipe had a big clump blocking the water 20’ in. Mr. AK-Rooter (sorry, his name escapes me) not only completed the job, he made sure to clean up after himself, took extra time to explain to me how the pipe work, how to prevent future problems, and not even a hint of making me feel uncomfortable about the whole situation. He was VERY respectful and thorough.
Do recommend him to all. If I ever run into another problem with pipes, I’m definitely calling him back.

So thankful for the quick work and wonderful customer service! I’d use them again any time.

I had a severely clogged garage, drain issue and James save the day!
It was a very stubborn clog, but he did not give up.
As a matter of fact, he could not get it the first visit and return several days later with a new idea and cleared the drain immediately.
I was only charged for the first hour of Service … They did not charge for the second visit.

James was sooo professional and sweet! Got the job done right away and even told me all about the problem with calcium buildup in toilets, which I had no clue about. After another company dropped the ball, AK Rooter jumped in and dealt with my clogged toilet within hours. James was friendly, polite, informative and, most important, great as his job. This card is definitely going on the fridge for any future issues.

Great service! I had grey water come up through my garage drain late Friday night. I called AK Rooter and talked through the issue and agreed to a Monday appointment to avoid weekend OT. They snaked the pipes and let me know there was a blockage caused by HAIR! They flushed the system and were on their way.

These guys are great. Very knowledgeable, prompt, reasonably priced, I'd use them again in a heart beat. We purchased a new house and the lower bathtub, sink, and toilet were backing up out of the toilet. I called AK Rooter based on their excellent reviews and they came out the next day, arrived when they said they would, took the toilet off, fixed the problem, re-installed, and wrapped it up quickly. Excellent service. Call them, you won't regret it.

Northland Pumping is the absolute best. I've used them for a couple of years for monthly holding tank pumpings. They're always so polite, professional, helpful and on top of everything they touch.
